UPDATE: They believe that their memory has combined of Man of Culture and Kakyoin OR an edit of Man of Culture, but remain unsure. While they are not sure if the character in question is a samurai at all, they are fairly certain on the blue attire. However, knowing their personality and their brain, I am going to call this case Closed* until further details are brought to light. I appreciate everyone for their time and effort!
