As in childhood trauma, bad habits, sorta possessive behaviour, jealousy and all that. I absolutely adore her character now (she went from one of my favourites to my favorite) upon revisiting the series as an adult now because of how clear a lot of her "flawed behaviour" is because of unresolved trauma and abandonment issues (something i struggle with as well)

So just curious as to what you guys might have in mind.

I’ve read this story a few weeks ago on AO3. It’s a mortal AU Percabeth story, and it’s started with Annabeth returning to their hometown. They go to a beach party where they meet Luke, and Annabeth and Luke starts fighting about their previous relationship. The party ends with Percy and Annabeth finding out they have feelings towards each other, that everyone can see except for the two of them and Silena. Silena is Percy’s adopted/step sister, and she’s upset/conflicted about this discovery because she has a rule that no friends can date her brother.

i'm so sick of ppl mischaracterizing percabeth and their relationship (and rick fed into it in the latest books too😭 by making percy a himbo who can't do anything w/o his girlboss gf and annabeth the mature "mom of the group")

Annabeth liked him from the beginning, but when did he start liking her?? There were a few points in tlt where he blushes at her, but I think that’s just out of embarrassment. Imo I think it probably started over the time they were apart between tlt and tsom when he realizes how much he misses her

I think Percy arrived to Camo Half Blood around end May to beginning June of 2006 before he went on the quest in TLT.
