I have a cat so it needs to be pet friendly. I’m also not against sharing an apartment as long as I have my own bedroom. Hit me up!

Lease Takeover available

A 2-bedroom 2-bathroom lease takeover. Perfect for college students going to Penn State University!

There's a in unit washer and dryer, multiple amenities in the apartment complex. Fully furnished as well!

You would be rooming with someone but of course you have your own bathroom and bedroom. I think it’s a male roommate.
The lease is from mid August to mid July!
For taking over my lease, you’d pay the 50 application fee and I’d have to pay 500 on my end ;-;

PS if you do not have a guaranteer you will have to pay 50 along with your monthly $996. The lease starts August 20th, I can not do earlier than that timeframe.

Looking for a Fall only sublease at University Park. Please reach out.

Fall only sublease needed for Fall 2026.

Even if you have a full year sublease and have not been able to sublet it yet. i think renting it out from August to December (5 months) is better than not renting it out at all. Think about it. DM me on reddit I'll reply with my contact info as soon as I can.

short term lease for spring 2027 available, 2 bdrm 2 bath at The View Apts in Toftrees, main campus

Hello, I am graduating in December and I won’t need my apartment starting in January 2027. Wondering if anyone is in the opposite situation and would like to take over the remainder of my lease (Jan to July 2027).

$999 rent — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pet friendly, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, The bedroom you would inherit has the extra window, so that’s nice. Parking is right outside (apartment is on the second floor). Library (free printing), gym, in-ground pool, game room, all accessible from the leasing office “clubhouse” and free bus pass included, the bus stop is right outside the clubhouse.

My rent and utilities combined usually costs between $1050 and $1100, but I am fortunate enough to have a frugal roommate, so results may vary. Feel free to DM with any questions. I’m not currently on campus, but I will be returning soon, so we could do a Facetime tour sometime next month.

Any people face problems when signing lease with park crest terrace?

Hi everyone,

We’re incoming international students. We submitted our security deposit in early May and made one adjustment to our move-in date roughly in Middle May. But since June, we haven’t been able to get in touch with the apartment, and we still haven’t received a lease.

We were previously communicating with the leasing agent via the official website until May 29th, but at the end of last month they said the property was transitioning to a new management company. Since then, nobody has contacted us.

We assume the transition is real. Does anyone who lives here know how we can reach the new coordinator? Any advice on what we should do would be greatly appreciated!

Finding a place to stay at State College

I am an incoming PhD Student at Penn State. I am trying to find a place to stay, but it is soooo hard!!! My budget is up to $950 with all utilities included. There are so few properties which are in range for me. The Villas at Happy Valley, The Bryn, Alight. The Villas, the reviews have been interesting. Just saw a post yesterday about The Villas. Also, that place, I have heard, the bus connectivity is not great. The Bryn, I am trying to get a tour so I can see how it is. Alight has a huge guarantor fee, but am trying to see that. Any ideas?
