As stated, I've got PCSX2 running on my ROG Xbox Ally and, for the most part, it works great. I've just run into a couple issues that I cannot seem to find a solution for.

First off, my games only ever want to run in windowed mode for some reason. I've got the graphics settings set to widescreen and borderless but, for some reason, the program bars at the top and bottom of the screen won't go away no matter what I try.

Secondly, I've noticed that with most games I play, within a few seconds of getting past the title screen the game starts to slow down dramatically, to the point it feels like everything is running in slow motion.

I have scoured the internet and tried every solution I could find, but nothing has solved these two issues yet. Any tips or help is greatly appreciated.

So I am playing GT4 and when I go turbo mode (set to unlimited) I get roughly 80-90 FPS in B-Spec but then when I go into the Monitor mode, it drops to 45-48. Without turbo mode on, it is 15 FPS. This seems really low but not sure if its just how the game is or not. I'm running D3D 12 but get same results on Vulkan. I am also upscaling 5x but even on native it is the same.

Edit: I have changed the settings in my GPU control panel to uncap the 180 and still having same issue.

does anyone have a fix for this? no other game has this issue on pcsx2 execpt for this one...not even ffny

Are there 3D covers with DVD discs and box?
