Hi, I have a ThinkPad E14 Gen 3 AMD and when I opened it, I noticed that the plastic rings for the top screws (the ones near the hinges) broke. Now the screws are attached to the internal structure and the hinge, but the bottom plastic cover isn't secured to them in that area.
Has anyone had this problem before? Are there any solutions or repairs you recommend other than replacing the entire back cover, or is that the only safe option?
Also, is it very important or necessary to repair it soon, or can I use it as is without any problems?

I’m sorry if this is not the right sub Reddit to post this in but I have been having this issue where black lines appear and disappear, I have tried updating my drivers and updating windows but it doesn’t fix it. The only temporary fix I have found is changing my refresh rate. How ever that fix is only temporary and it comes back every week or three. Even worse is it gets worse if I move to a lower refresh rate.
So I am wondering if anyone has had this issue before and perhaps knows if there is a permanent fix?
