This self checkout kiosk at Walmart was acting up. It also has the command prompt and Powershell. As for why it's like this, it's most likely doing some diagnostic checks. It was still doing this by the time I circled back around.

This Vizio smart TV at McDonald's was also acting up as well. It was still like this by the time I left the restaurant. It was trying to connect to the network in the restaurant, but an error must've occurred along the lines.

and yes, the screen was flipped in real life, not a photo artifact. pulled the contrast of the image up a lot, because the screen wasn‘t very bright.
