Bomber Run 63 - Ops Beginning Again? #IranWar‌ #FreeIran‌

Overnight, B-1B "Lancer" bombers flying from RAF Fairford (EGVA) conducted strikes in Iran as the US ramps up operations again. Although 2 bombers launched, it appears it was pre-planned that only 1 of them would actually fly the combat mission into Iran, with the second airframe returning to RAF Fairford as scheduled around 6hrs after departure. As with previous missions, once the bombers get into CENTCOM, identifying which tankers refuel them in theatre is tricky at best hence the gap for the return flight!

در طول شب، بمب‌افکن‌های B-1B "لنسر" که از پایگاه هوایی سلطنتی فیرفورد (EGVA) پرواز کرده بودند، با افزایش مجدد عملیات توسط آمریکا، حملاتی را در ایران انجام دادند. اگرچه ۲ بمب‌افکن به پرواز درآمدند، به نظر می‌رسد از پیش برنامه‌ریزی شده بود که فقط یکی از آن‌ها مأموریت رزمی واقعی به داخل ایران را انجام دهد و فروند دوم طبق برنامه حدود ۶ ساعت پس از برخاستن به پایگاه هوایی سلطنتی فیرفورد بازگردد. مانند مأموریت‌های قبلی، زمانی که بمب‌افکن‌ها وارد منطقه تحت مسئولیت سنتکام (فرماندهی مرکزی ایالات متحده) می‌شوند، شناسایی تانکرهایی که در صحنه عملیات به آن‌ها سوخت‌رسانی می‌کنند، در بهترین حالت دشوار است؛ از این رو، شکاف اطلاعاتی برای پرواز بازگشت وجود دارد!
