[Rant] Are Tanks and Healers even needed nowadays?

Ok So I've been away from the game since 2023 I think (a little after Menzoberranza launched) and at that time I felt like Healers and Tanks were respectable and wanted classes, even when you were new with 30k IL you were there to tank the damage and heal the people. You could fulfill a desirable roll despite being new. I remember very vividly this one Rogue guy running in front of everyone in a RADQ because he felt high level (at the time where End-game players were around 70k-80k IL) and he wouldn't stop insulting me and the Tank bc he kept dying by his own mistakes.
Nowadays DPS players just run in front of everyone. No need for Tanks, no need for Healers. They just kill everything in one rotation. Which, hey: good for DPS players, but it feels so incredibly pointless to play support roles now.
I post this including the image bc for some reason, the other tank and the 2 healers left the trial at the beggining. IDK if it was a bug or they died once and decided to leave, or trolls. Idk the reason. But this Tiamat trial (random queue, not master or anything) was completed by me, only Tank and 6 DPS almost at 95%. And it was't specially difficult. Sure almost everyone of us died 1-2 times, but years ago I would think there was no way of ending this trial. In a private Queue.
Maybe my memory is failing but I seem to remember that even for RADQs you needed to know the special mechanics. Like what do to during the worm in the Mad Mage Lair, or with the Scorpions. Or what to do at the first boss of Ravenloft Castle with the 3 girls. Now you just brute force it with all the power that DPS players have. Any boss lasts under 20 seconds, no time for mechanics to be relevant. Mechanics don't feel important anymore, and further more, as the title sugests, Tanks and Healers don't feel important anymore.
