💎 AI NFT 💎 Shoggoth, Cthulhu or Spectral Familiars: which mutation should Oddborn Bestiary expand next?

I’m developing Oddborn Bestiary, an AI-assisted fantasy creature collection featuring hybrid species, different rarity tiers and mutation lines.
These three creatures represent some of the darker mutation families currently appearing in the Genesis collection:
Shoggoth mutations reshape the creature’s anatomy into unstable eldritch forms.
Cthulhu mutations introduce tentacles, ancient aquatic features and cosmic traits.
Spectral Familiars surround the main creature with ghostly companion entities.
I’d like to expand one of these mutation families with additional creatures. Which one has the most potential: Shoggoth, Cthulhu or Spectral Familiars?
