Need to give over my lease

I am looking for someone to take over my full-year lease at The Province student complex starting this August because I am moving to Charlotte for a Co-op job. The private bedroom and bathroom are in a fully furnished 3-bed, 3-bath unit for $870 a month, which includes an in-unit washer and dryer as well as all utilities and Wi-Fi. The location is incredibly central and sits just a few minutes away from NC A&T, UNCG, Guilford College, and GTCC. You will be living with two very chill and respectful male students from NC A&T who keep the space clean. I am willing to cover the official lease transfer fee to get this finalized quickly, so please message me directly if you are interested.

Dual Enrollment Credits

I am an incoming freshman at NCAT that has taken dual enrollment classes (which are supposed to transfer). I was registered for classes before I was assigned an advisor but they are all entry level classes that I have already taken. A recent email was sent by my advisor about setting up an appointment but she also said that she will not be making any changes to our schedules. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, were you able to change your classes or did you have to contact a higher-up?

Also I scheduled a one-on-one appointment at the end of July but with the courses I am taking I am not sure if classes will all be filled up. Should I see if I can get an earlier appointment? Thanks.

Fall 2027 Transfer Student

Hi guys, I'm currently an upcoming Sophomore at my Community College, and I'm thinking of transferring to NCAT next year as an Information Technology major. I am transferring as an out-of-state student, and I'd like to know how fair NCAT is with its scholarship and financial aid. If there are any out-of-state students or parents of students at A&T, how are you paying for tuition, and what is your tuition amount?

Transfer Student Fall 2027

Hey everyone I’m currently an upcoming sophomore at a PWI and I’m looking to attend North Carolina A&T for next fall semester or even earlier. My family and I are moving to Atlanta next year but I don’t really want to go to school there (I’ve already visited the universities) which is part of why I’m exploring other options. I’d really love to hear from out of state students or even in state transfers about your experiences and any advice you might have. What should I start working on now to make my application as strong as possible? Also, is it too late to transfer as a junior, or is that still pretty common? I want to know if being a transfer impacted your experience at all, whether during the application process or after you settled. I’ve been hearing things about credits transferring over, so I’m trying to get a full picture from different perspectives while keeping an open mind. I’m also visiting Greensboro soon to check out the campus, so I’m hoping that helps me decide too. Any honest advice or experiences would really help me thank youuu 🫶🏽

Prospective Transfer

Hey y’all. A brief background, earlier this year, I transferred to Mizzou from a community college and after experiencing the black community within that school for just one semester, I realized that I wanted to experience that on a greater scale without the racism that comes with going to a predominantly white institution in rural Missouri. In addition to that, I don’t really feel like I can fully express myself as a gay man here. So I decided that next fall I’ll be transferring to an HBCU and A&T is at the top of my list. I want to hear the ins and outs of A&T in regard to financial aid, dining, housing (on and off-campus), social/party life, student orgs, GHOE, life in Greensboro, etc. I also want to know about LGBTQ student life. If you really wanna break it down feel free to dm me. I’m really excited to have the HBCU experience and can’t wait yo meet y’all.

Honest Opinions and Advice for a incoming fall 2026 transfer

This became my dream school my junior year of high school and I actually got in my senior year of high school. I am transferring in as a junior from Sac State and I just want non-bias opinions about the school please. What is the biology department like? What kind of opportunities are offered and are they good? What are the people like: cliques, nice, friendly, mean, etc? What is on-campus and off-campus safety and social life like? Is faculty nice or are they horrible people? And any advice as a transfer plus whatever else you'd like to share! I just want to try my best to be prepared because it will be a completely new enviornment for me. Please be honest, but kind, anything helps. Thank you!!

Looking for Computer Science/Data Analyst Student for Project with City of Greensboro

Hello me and my teammates were finalists of a transportation data competition and are in need of a CS or data analysis student.

We’re currently working with the city of greensboro and Beverly Bradley who helps run the busses. We’re working on transportation solution to present at a different competition.

The competition prize is $1000 USD (we have 2 members currently, but others are busy).

Our solution and proposal is finished, but we need a data analyst to look over new data or a CS student for UMO app improvements. We are also briefly discussing about the aggie shuttle busses in our solution.

Please DM and contact/reply to the post with what contributions you hope to do for this project and what your goals are.

The competition or our project is due July 6th.

Online Degrees

Hi All,

I was just accepted for the Fall 26 term. Im a transfer student with a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity networks from UMGC. I wanted to come here for the engineering or computer science programs...only to realize that they are in person. Im in VA and im at a loss. Really had my heart set on one of those, but they do offer a few, a small few, of STEM degrees online.

Anyone currently in the Electrical Technology degree? I may consider that.

Early College High-school Student Transferring to NCAT

I’m a senior at an early college high school planning to attend North Carolina A&T State University. I’m planning to transfer into their Computer Graphic Technology program. My question is: Is it a good idea to transfer there as a technology-based major?

Transfer Credits Appeal?

Hey guys, so I’ve already taken Calculus 1,2, and 3 (received an A in all) at my last university for mechanical engineering. However, they are not being counted towards for my degree, is any way to appeal this or test out? Really don’t want to retake all three maths, thanks!
