I've had this pad since the original release, and moisture built up between the glass and the vinyl, and it catastrophically started peeling.

As a glass main glass has hit a wall where we have every option is available. We have textured from slow to fast, uncoated to coated.

Really it comes down to art style. Some work great with colour and pop like the Hoshino while others like Tekkusai make decent surfaces but the art is £5 AliExpress.

This is the first glass pad I’ve seen that really pops with depth and gets a 10/10 for design from me.

Please more of this rather than 2D anime designs or warriors.

I've been using a QcK Heavy for years and I really like how it feels — the start of a movement is smooth, there's barely any resistance when I initiate a flick, and it still has enough control for me.

I wanted to move up to something with better build quality and consistency, so I bought an Artisan Zero. Honestly, I found it horrible. The static friction is way too high for me — every movement starts with a noticeable "stick" that I have to break through, and it made my aim measurably worse. Not what I expected at all.

So, what pad from the brands people consider high quality (Artisan, LGG, Pulsar, etc.) is closest to a QcK Heavy? I'm not looking for a glassy speed pad either — I just want that low initial friction with a bit of control, but with better consistency and durability than the SteelSeries.

I play CS2 mainly.

Just got my new Mousepad. I had a Logitech G 440 I guess and I cant wait to test this bad boy out. Does anyone know what I can expect from this one? Im really happy. Edit: Im gonna pair this pad with a Razer Deathadder V4 pro. This should be fine right? Or should I get aftermarket Skates?

I’m looking to buy a new Artisan pad. I’m between the Zero and Type 99 right now. I mainly play Val, but occasionally play other shooters. I would love to get both but I’m not rich unfortunately. Which one would be best for me?

I have an artisan Hien and I love the rough texture. It gives me some sort of feedback and I aim the absolute best on this mousepad. Ive tried every artisan pad and my performance is the best on the Hien. What are some full sized skates that would help me feel the texture a little bit more?

Hi. to begin I play CS2, PUBG etc. I had many mousepads but always keeps returning to QCK+

(If it helps my in game CS2 sens is 1.3, 800 dpi)

Mousepads I've tested:

• Steelseries QCK+ (Really enjoying it, the best for me but quality build is kinda not good)
• Razer Gigantus V2 (textured, also a bit faster than QCK+)
• X-Raypad Aqua Control 2 Sakura Night (too textured for me, too fast)
• ATTACK SHARK CM02 (also textured, faster than QCK+)
• ATK Knight Zodiac Horse Black (the smoothest mousepad I've ever had but it's faster than QCK+)

So as you see I really enjoy my 7 y/o QCK+, what I can get 1:1 or closer to this mousepad but better quality build (mine is kinda destroyed on bottom)

I've been wanting to try a glass pad since i heard they are good for tracking heavy games, but dont really have too much to spend (about 100$) are there any good glass pads in that price range or do I need to save more?

Hello, I've been using the NRV Dark Sakura for the artisan Zero soft since here it's so hot and my forearm gets kind of humid, it kinda works well for me but maybe I'm not aware of how bad or good it is because I never tried any other gaming sleeve, it is made of poliester and I'm wondering if you all tried both poliester and also Nylon gaming sleeves.

The current one doesn't really get sticky to the pad or anything, it's not the best glide but not unusuable, I usually play faceit on CS2.

Please any point of view will be highly appreciated.

Hey all I currently have the Glorious Gaming Mouse Pad GMP 2 and I hate it. It is so muddy and slow to the point I cant even be precise in games like Valorant. So as such I am looking for the typical faster but controlled mousepad. I have landed on the Artisan Key83.

My issue is I can't decide between the Mid or the Soft. I feel like the soft will be the better all around mousepad for all games. I play League, Fortnite and Val mainly. But I have 2 concerns about the soft.

1. I worry that the speed increase wont be enough what i'm looking for from the GMP 2
2. When I am precise aiming I medium press in and when I panic I push in pretty hard and I worry that the soft will cause the mouse to slow down too much like it does on the GMP 2

I hear the Mid is great and people love it but I worry it will be TOO quick for games where I need precise clicks like League or Valorant.

I currently have the ICE Tiger v2 Skates on my Superstrike btw

If anyone who owns these pads has any insights to my use case that would be amazing!

(also the Mid is $20 cheaper where I live)

I have been researching for over a week and have yet to find something that would work for me, so I am here asking for help!

I am disabled, and cannot sit at a desk. I have a hard time controlling my hands from shaking slightly when I try to move my mouse in anything other than sweeping movements. Moving the mouse slowly across the screen leads to lots of jittering movements from the cursor. This causes me to become nauseous when playing any first or third person game, even Skyrim and Dragon Age games are unplayable because of how jittery the camera is when I try to look around. It's not full on large tremors, but very small and consistent shaking.

I think a soft and slow pad would be best, but the only ones I can find recommended for shaking hands (like the Artisan Type 99 and Zowie GSR 2) are far too large to fit on my bed. I need something A1 notebook size or smaller.

I'm really losing my mind, I just want to be able to play my favorite games comfortably, and the regular texture of small mousepads doesn't help the jittering at all.

I have spilled a little bit of oil on my artisan zero soft is it possible if i can clean it and how ?

I have both a black SP-005 and just got the SP-005 Miku OS, the surfaces are not even remotely comparable.

The Miku OS SP-005 is incredibly slow and smooth with Xraypad Titanium U9 Ultra skates, zero vibration, and extremely high cloth like dynamic friction, and its static friction is essentially the same as its dynamic friction.

The black SP-005 since day one has had high vibration, and very low static and dynamic friction.

I immediately cleaned the pad with glass cleaner to make sure it had no oils on it.

I actually absolutely love how much dynamic friction the pad has, it is exactly what I have been searching for. The dynamic friction is so high that i can barely get a 37g mouse to make a 360 on the pad by spinning it, if I spin harder it tries to flip the mouse from the friction. The same goes with sliding it across the glass, I can barely get the mouse to slide from one side to the other without it wanting to flip and roll. Flicking with a finger causes the mouse to slide only a few inches and lift off the pad. It has stupidly high dynamic friction, also as high as the Arozzi full size desk mousepad that covers my desk.

It seems to be a happy accident for me, but like, what is going on? I thought this was supposed to have an identical surface to the standard SP-005?

Tried the Superglide V3 Type-S glass pad recently and absolutely loved it. It pretty much convinced me that I want to switch to glass.

The only reasons I didn't just buy the Superglide are that I've heard the coating can wear off over time, I am not someone that can buy something without considering all possibilities, and honestly I'm just not a huge fan of the aesthetics.

If you've used the Superglide and another glass mousepad, I'd love to hear how they compare. I always see people describe pads as "fast," "slow," or "control," but those terms don't really mean much to me. It'd be super helpful if you could compare them relative to the Superglide V3 Type-S, since that's my only point of reference.

Hello, this is my first review and it's about the Talongames heated Nagisa glass mousepad.

The Talongames Nagisa caught my eye a while ago, but back then I couldn't get it anywhere where I live, so I reached out to Talongames because I wanted to try it. They arranged that I was able to order it through AliExpress but shipping costs were big. I decided to order it anyway although I paid a ridiculous price for it, especially since it's supposed to be budget pad, which I only found out about later. Oh well... :)

Here's my review on this lovely pad!

Unboxing: The box of the heated Nagisa pad is quite large in all dimensions. There's a large image of the pad on the front which invites you to open it. When opening, the pad reveals itself and the nice image looks at you. Below the pad, there is the cable for the heater, some stickers, a tiny cleaning cloth, and 24 Kumo skates and 24 Iwa skates by Talongames. The pad and the accessories are safely packed between lots of foam.

Dimensions: The pad is 490x420 mm, which is perfect to me, and has an advertised height of 2mm although it's quite a bit taller. Especially with the heating layer stuck between the glass and the base, it's the tallest glasspad I own.

Base: The pad has a honeycomb polyurethane base like the ones you see more often with glasspads. Although nothing special, I didn't have any problems with it. The pad didn't move with heavy use at all.

Edges: The edges of the mousepad are very well rounded and polished really smooth. This was one of the first pads I experienced with such great edges, so they really stood out to me. Because this is the heated version and there is a heating layer between the glass and the base, the pad sits higher than usual, so I did notice the otherwise great edges on my wrist or arm a bit while playing. I guess this can't be helped as the pad has to sit higher than usual.

Heater: The built-in heater works excellent. You can set it to 40, 45, 50, and 55 degrees Celsius. Within a minute the set temperature is reached and it does get nice and warm uniformly, except for the corners which are a bit less warm. For me, it's maybe a bit too warm actually. I would've liked lower settings such as 30 or 35 degrees as well. I notice I will disable the heater after some time because I'll get too warm. For people playing in really cold rooms it will be excellent to warm their hands and arms.

Art: The image is the reason I wanted the pad. It's a nice balance of different colours and the apparently sad girl makes you wonder what happened. The image is not that sharp, though. It looks like a low resolution image upscaled, or it's printed a bit blurry. The colours are not very vivid or saturated. I think this is the biggest drawback of this pad.

Surface: This is where the pad shines the most. It's a pad with a nice balanced kind of speed. It's on the smoother side, without a lot of texture, but since it's not that fast I didn't have any problems controlling my mouse. What I really liked is that it has a certain soft feel to it, as if there's a soft cushiony layer on top of it that reminded me of the GLSSWRKS Hana, and this softness provides quite a lot of stopping power. I can track well with this pad and it doesn't hold me back when pushing for speed or flicking fast, but keep in mind that this is not a speed pad. Although it might lack some texture to give me feedback, the noticeable 'softness' makes me able to stop whenever I wanted to and not overshoot the target. It's nice and balanced and I could play long TTK games just as good as Tac FPS. It's actually one of my favorite surfaces so far.

Skin stick: My skin doesn't really stick to pad, but my arm does have quite some drag moving across the glass. If you're bothered by this the use of a sleeve is recommended, although I don't need it myself.

Conclusion: I believe it's a great pad! I really like the surface! The speed profile, the 'softness' and stopping power are excellent. Could use a bit more texture, so if you want texture, this pad is not for you. The edges are great, the pad sticks to the desk just fine. I just don't like that the image is so blurry. That's the pad's biggest drawback. But since I like the surface that much, I'm going to use this pad a lot more! Now that I've heard that this is a budget pad, I can highly recommend it!

switching from a glasspad to artisan zero soft xl, currently using clustrs speed dots and they dont feel amazing on the artisan. while i want to get stock skates (viper v3 pro) again, in the event that i go back to glass (bc i like to switch around alot) would peeling off the stock and then going back to dot be bad for the stock in the long run, is there any other skates i should look into that wont be damaged if i decide to switch between the 2 pads?
