Hi guys, I accidentally bought 2 gore-geous oasis draculaura's without realising, and the thought of trading her came to mind instead of selling her, so my question is, "What are the proper procedures for trading?"

I'm thinking about trading her for monster mysteries, cleo, or welcome committee frankie.

I've never done it before and don't want to get scammed. Do you mind just giving me a step by step guide of how it's expected to go? Or any Reddit post to refer to? Thank you in advance!

13 wishes has to be my favourite (and most rewatched) movie of all Monster High, so when I was a kid and discovered it had a videogame for the Nintendo 3DS, I decided I had to have it.

And now, maybe 10 years later, that game still has me traumatized.

Like... WHY WAS IT SO HARD TO FINISH?!?! I needed FIVE YEARS to finish it, and I needed to use tutorials to keep me from ragequitting the game.

I still dont understeand why they needed to make the game so difficult. The fact that both the skating game and the new ghouls game were quite easy but still enjoyable, I dont get why this game needed to be so difficult in order to keep you playing more hours.

There were a lot of side missions to earn the medals, you had to collect all the pearls and the mirrow pieces... And with no map, no idea where you are the 99% of the time, and a few check points so its a bit guaranteeded that if you died in the game, you would have to start the level again from scratch. Or atleast this is what I remember.

I still have the game but I dont have the courage to play it again. Its lame because I loved the graphic and the music, and the idea of the game letting you explore the places. But the developers made it on hard mode on purpose, I swear.

I remember there being a “couples at Monster High” video, and I can’t for the life of me find it. It was a WatchMojo “we’re counting down the top ten cat names” style video. My guess is that it was deleted along with the MH channel. Which sucks, because I was planning on using a snippet for a video essay. I have always believed that it is important to fight for the removal of unnecessary censorship from media. I remember one key detail from this video that I was going to use for the project. It had a segment with Valentine and Draculaura. If literally ANYONE can find the video or even that one clip, I would be forever grateful.

Quite truthfully, this is the only reason why i dont own a caty. So many people online struggle to find pieces that fit her, its insane. I aint going to join them cuz i cannot sew and i aint willing to invest in more expensive clothes for only ONE doll.

I really hope Rochelle gets Abbey's body if they want to give her one of the bigger bodies. Simply cuz ive seen that abbey fits well in rainbow high clothes and similar dolls. And that's amazing (i dont own an abbey simply because of the poly).

I’ve been eyeing up this ghoul secondhand online for years and finally bit the bullet. The fact she also has the little sister body type makes her so cute 🥺. Her scales, fins and hands have so much detail it’s insane (please bring back these lovely side characters mattel).

I was struggling to figure out how to style the front portion of her hair but I like what I did/figured out here. Hope yall enjoy!

I saw her head sticking out of a box of random junk and my hands started shaking. I have possibly some of the worst luck known to man with second hand buying. Her hair wasn't gluey but there was the old gel in it.

She's missing her shoes and there is a stain between her eyes but I couldn't be happier. Best dollar ever spent!

I traced the original floral pattern with some glow-in-the-dark fabric dye, and the result is better than I thought! Though I did use the long exposure setting on my phone to get it this bright lol. Her eyes were already like that, which is what inspired me to try the dye!

Kind of a shot in the dark but I absolutely love this doll and for personal reasons really do not want to give amazon my money, but I was thinking if someone has them but don't want them anymore maybe I could buy them from you?

I was so excited to get Willow when she came back in stock but unfortunately she was shipped in a bag and her box is badly crushed. If you’re someone who cares about the box like I do just be weary of ordering from Amazon!

i’m so excited!! i love g1 frankie so dearly and ive always wanted the home ick doll but she’s so expensive 😭

So I bought a Gloom Beach Frankie second hand, and I'm a bit confused. To my knowledge, there was;

1) a five-pack of GB dolls including Frankie

2) an individual, original release of Frankie

And

3) a rerelease of GB Frankie later on, past 2010

My Frankie has gold elastics which means she's either og individual or og five-pack, I think? But the thing is, my Frankie doesn't have earrings. Like, she doesn't even have earrings holes in her ears? There's tiny, TINY divots in her ears, but they in no way could fit an earring

I've seen multiple listings of GB Frankie with earrings and I'm so confused, which version of GB Frankie comes with earrings? Did her rerelease come with earrings, did her individual original release come with earrings, or did her five-pack exclusive come with earrings?

I want to know because I want my Frankie to be complete 😭 but also it looks like she can't even WEAR earrings?? I have no idea if she's missing earrings or is just a version that never came with them!

(It's very unlikely but my Frankie's head and her gold elastic body might be from separate releases, technically? Like if somebody swapped her head into a different body, but I see no reason why the previous owner would do that and they didn't say they did, so I assume they didn't!)

I've heard earring holes can shrink on a doll though if you boil wash their hair (and therefore head) and since her hair is so soft I could assume the previous owner washed and boiled her hair? Maybe that's why her ear holes are so tiny? Like, they're practically not there, and I compared it to another MH doll of mine who originally had no earrings, and the earring holes on GB Frankie looked a little different from the ones on the other doll

And the previous owner didn't say anything about her missing her earrings, either??

This has just been frustrating me ever since I got her so yeah if anyone could help, that'd be great 😭

It would probably be geared towards an older demographic I'd think. Some alt. inspirations I think could be Beetlejuice and Jawbreaker.

They still haven't been sent even though I bought them 2 minutes after the drop. I know there's a deadline till July 24th officially, but I can't help but start to get nervous they will somehow cancel my order. I live in Eastern Europe, so maybe that's the reason why it's taking so long? But I've seen people from Europe getting their orders in the first weeks after the drop...

I'm surprised I haven't seen more hype around this girl! I do have some critiques (the hair not being crimped like the art, boots are baggy around the ankles, the angler bit could have been worked into the existing hairpiece) but overall I love the look of her! I'm a sucker for deep sea creature designs (and I'm biased because I literally just made an angler sea nymph costume for the Renaissance Faire)
