FreeCam MOD
Hey! I made a small FreeCam mod for Modulus.
The camera tilt started annoying me after a while, especially how it locks down when you zoom out, so I made a rough little mod to fix it.
It adds:
- free tilt at all zoom levels
- optional zoom further
- matching view distance so things do not disappear as quickly
- small in-game panel with sliders and toggles
It is still rough, but it works.
If anyone wants to try it, I would love feedback, bug reports, or ideas.

Would love feedback :)
Update v1.2
Camera tilt and zoom controls have moved into the game's own bottom toolbar as a proper tab (look for the camera icon), replacing the old floating panel.
What's changed since the original release:
- Tilt and Zoom are now simple on/off toggles with their own fields (min/max pitch, zoom amount), styled to match the game's own panels and icons instead of a separate floating window.
- Added a Draw Distance toggle, letting you extend how far assets render without also extending how far you can zoom out.
- Tilt's pitch range now defaults to safer values and is capped so it can't be pushed far enough to flip your movement controls.
- Fixed a bug where the FreeCam tab could disappear after visiting a building's interior (this is not 100% fixed).
- Fixed the mod's menu staying hidden after visiting a building even if it was open beforehand.
- Added an info panel with the mod's name, version, and links.
- General visual polish to read more like a built-in part of the game's UI.
