*This is a scale designed to measure the level of internal or logical realism in a work of fiction.
*Science fiction will never be 100% realistic because the individuals, events, or story it wants to tell or create often require extrapolating current theoretical physics or even discovering physical laws that humanity doesn't even know today.
*In this case, the "Justification Complexity" will be used, based on the level of effort, justification, and physical principles used to try to justify something in the work or the work in general. No justification based on real or speculative theoretical physics is 100% accurate, and minor errors are allowed as long as they don't ruin the main justification of the theme and remain coherent.

*There is no technological fiction here, only a story or event that has already been told or is happening in real life.
*Such as the Russia-Ukraine war, the moon landing, nuclear weapons, or events that are real.
*Although sometimes works at this level do not focus on physics or technology but on narrative and story.
*Justification complexity: Low. It is mostly just narrative.

*It is fiction that follows current or theoretical physical laws with current technology. Extrapolated or that could be created in the near future within 20-50 years
*It is Science Fiction with little fantasy and does not require Extremely extrapolated theoretical physics, new discovery or new physics
*They are accompanied by rigorous explanations of Technology that TODAY could be created if we had the time, materials or Energy to do so
*A clear example is standardized and effective laser weapons, commercial Hydrogen Engines and commercial Nuclear Fusion
*Justification complexity: Medium-High or Very High

*Science fiction that consists of extrapolating currently known physics but extrapolating theoretical physics to the limit, plausible technology with the technology of the future and including detailed explanations of their operation
*Basically, using current concepts and stretching them to the absolute limit currently known
*They are accompanied by rigorous explanations from current theoretical physics to justify them
*An example would be a Dyson swarm or the generation of energy by the annihilation of matter and antimatter
*Justification complexity: High or Very High

4]🧪*Speculative Hard Fiction*🧪

*It is similar to hard science fiction with the difference that it not only extrapolates known physical laws, but often requires advanced metamaterials, newly discovered physics, or technology that violates our current physics as humanity believes it understands
*They are accompanied not only by explanations Rigorous principles of Theoretical Physics, highly extrapolated, if not also based on strange physical phenomena and new physical laws to justify themselves.
*In general, it is science fiction about advanced civilizations whose mere existence (if they were real) would break our current paradigm of physics and demonstrate that they are incomplete, being very difficult to justify with current Theoretical Physics 100% because we don't even know if it is possible or if it even exists.
*The concept of Negative Energy, or better known as Exotic Energy, Spacetime Warp Drives, and physical concepts that we don't even know are possible or about which we have little information, such as manipulating spacetime or technology of Type II or even Type III civilizations, would perfectly fit into this category.
*This level, despite being one of the most difficult to justify and explain with current science, is often necessary in advanced hard science fiction works to justify the functioning of warp drives. Curvature, Technology that violates current physics or introduces elements that are currently a mystery or "gaps" in current physics
*Justification complexity: Extremely High or a headache (known physics ends here)

*It's science fiction that doesn't strive 100% to provide rigorous explanations or follow current physics.
*It often resorts to new or speculative physics and explanations that aren't as detailed as hard speculative fiction or hard science fiction.
*However, this fiction often strives to be coherent within its own laws.
*Justification complexity: Medium or High

*Fiction that doesn't follow any physical laws, not even theoretical ones, but rather invents and explains its own physical laws and rules within its own works. A coherent explanation within its context, even if it violates fundamental physics.

*In simple terms, it's mostly magic; there's no logical explanation that follows any physical law, and often it's literally magic.

*Want a special monkey that gets stronger while fighting and turns blonde? Well, go for it! Just give it a backstory, and you're all set.

*But remember, it's fiction. No matter how justified something is, it's unlikely to be real or even exist. Fiction is designed to be free and allow writers to do whatever they want. The fact that the Spartans in Halo are well-founded and explained doesn't mean they will exist. But that doesn't matter because it's fiction. If they were real, it would be boring because we wouldn't be able to see their epic missions, they wouldn't have energy shields, and they wouldn't be so powerful
Note: I feel I need to make it very clear that I'm not trying to belittle ANYONE'S work. Fiction is a beautiful hobby, and I greatly respect anyone who puts love and effort into their work or world-building.
