Got a 3 year old child looking to go to JK in Sep 2027, in our region there is a Catholic School and Public. However, the school ratings are very diff (Catholic one being highly rated, Public pretty low).

I realize on the YCDSB states either parents or child needs a Baptismal certificate, however, nobody in the household does. Is there any possibility to be enrolled otherwise? Please let me know if you have any experience, thanks!

I need a parking spot to park my car overnight somewhere safe until 21st of August!

I am willing to pay but I am struggling to find a good spot l close to Birchmount and Enterprise so that I can park my car overnight somewhere safe night and be able to walk to get it!

I would appreciate if anyone knows a place that I can rent a short term parking spot from!

Who has been doing a good job? Do we have any better options potentially coming on board?

Personally, I live in Ward 1 and I noticed Keith Irish has been kind of a ghost. I know he used to send out update newsletters, but I believe that has stopped/haven’t been receiving them. Also noticed that he didn’t fight much for the proposed new construction buildings at John and Don Mills.

They are looking for lots of volunteers if there are any high schoolers who need volunteer hours to graduate.

I’ve noticed that some candidates are emphasizing responsiveness, accountability, and better communication with residents rather than simply relying on name recognition. That seems like an interesting contrast to the traditional incumbents.

Hello, I am wondering if there are any Men's Volleyball Leagues around the area.

Just noticed in Alectra that we have two meters being tracked. Our house is built in the 1970s. What could be the reason for two meters and do we need it? Is it more expensive?

edit: seems that Alectra replaced our meter sometime last year, which is why the account has two meters on it. Must have gotten an email about it and just forgot

Besides the arena and Varley Art Gallery, have they set up any portable bathrooms near the performance?

I am planning to go downtown on Wednesday to catch the Centennial GO train after rush hour (either the 9 or 10am train). Does anyone know if the parking lot gets full? And if so, can I park at Markville mall or does Mount Joy usually have parking spots? Thanks!
