I’ve dehydrated these for over 35 hours, the first 12 were at 95 degrees but I later switched to 122. Although most of the stem passes the cracker test, right near the cap there seems to be a little bit of squish. This is my first time dehydrating and I am wondering if this is normal.

I can see some blue /black /green on the stem of the mushroom. Is this normal or has it gone mouldy?

Also how should I eat this ? Because the stem looks quite bulky. Should I cut it up or blend it before consuming it?

I was abt to spawn to bulk these jars but after breaking them up they arnt fully colonized and I already hsve the sub ready any ideas?
