I’m looking for a rental with budget around 1,200/month, or potentially a roommate situation if you’d be okay with my kids being there during my placement time.

A little context: I have one eviction on my record, and it’s been the biggest barrier to finding housing. It happened after I left my ex-husband due to domestic violence.
