Discussion What year for you was the best for little Caesar's?
Imo the best year was 2007. My friend worked there and would give me free food all the time. Also I didn't even know they had free sugar cookies that you could ask for. Idk if they do that anymore. What a time to be a teenager. The 00's ruled! Pizza! Pizza! Oh yeah 🙂↔️👍
Edit: I said greg by accident.

Rant Garbage
galleryThis is apparently what qualifies as pizza at my local Little Caesars. Thick on one side, paper thin on the other. More crust than pizza on one side. Paper-thin, raw dough that you can see the sauce through on the underside. Oh, and the slices must have been cut with a plastic knife.

Question Did I get cheated out of my crazy sauce?
I decided to place an online order from Little Caesars because of the T-Mobile Tuesday deal for the Weberoni pizza and order 1 crazy bread combo plus an extra sauce. I usually order 2 sauces because my wife and I always need a 2nd sauce because we complain about how much sauce we lose from 1 container when sharing. As I went in to pick up my order, I saw the worker grab one sauce and went to the back to get another. When she came back, I noticed one of the sauces was half-filled and the other one was looked almost empty. I asked about the sauce that was half empty and she said she just filled it up and it is usually 1 scoop of sauce. Am I crazy or was I cheated out of getting more sauce? I’m just genuinely curious.

Question How do I eat crazy bread without having little seizures?
My friends keep telling me about this little seizures crazy bread. It sounds delicious but I don't want to suffer a seizure from eating it. Not even a little one. Is there any way I can tone down the flavor so it doesn't overload my synapses?

Question Went for an interview
So I went in for my first ever job interview! at my local little caesars recently, but all they had me do was write my information, availability, & name. No questions, Is this common or should I not expect any sort of call back? (It was supposed to be an on-site interview)

Rant Ranting and help.
The store I work at just got a failed twice in 60 days. This time it was the HNR percent wasn’t high enough. The store manger had been gone on vacation this comming up Saturday 3 weeks now. The assistant store manger doesn’t care much at all besides a few things. The main dough guy is still doing the FIFO wrong with dough and he is still making the dough balls for larger bigger than what they should be. We also got told we need to have everything done like dough made, dough press out and pizza made before we open up. The head mangers don’t want to live hours around at all. The assistant store manger has never done dough ever the 3 years I have been at the store.

Rant Pretzel crust?
Stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni.
The crust is not pretzel.
At all.
It just has salt on it.
Looking at the other non- pretzel pizzas from my order... its the same dough.
We don't get Little Caesars often... but I swear last time i got this a few years back it was more pretzelly...
Is this what it is now or did my store screw up?

Discussion Using existing hot and readys for speciality pizzas?
About a month or two ago in Canada we got the extra extra pepperoni pizza added to the menu.
I’ve had it 3 times so far. The first time it was great, both the second and third time now it tasted over cooked and the cheese wasn’t melty. It was a little bubbly on top but underneath it was very firm.
Is it a normal thing for stores to take the existing hot and ready pepperoni pizzas they have and add the extra cheese/pepperoni on top and put it back in the oven for 5 mins if someone orders an extra extra pepperoni? I’ve thought about asking the store directly if that’s what they’re doing but wanted to see if it’s a normal thing first..
I don’t think I’ll be ordering one again to try because it hasn’t been great. And I normally love LC it is my fav place to get pizza. Just gonna have to stop ordering this pizza I think.

Question Today was my first day and I'm very very upset, what should I do?
I'm 16 years old, never had a job prior to this one, and I started my training today (on a Friday unfortunately) and I did not like it in the slightest. I had my concerns when my manager essentially hired me on the spot and requested I begin training as a SHIFT LEAD immediately (I applied for crew member). I told him that it was a bit sudden, my mom was waiting in the car, and that I'd be busy the next day, so I was scheduled for today. Unfortunately, it might have been the most stressful experience of my entire life.
Since it was Friday, we had a really bad rush from 5:30-6:30 and it was nightmarish. I was only trained by my manager from 1:30-5, so during the rush he kind of just threw me in the deep end. We had 5 staff members working (including me) and I was forced to help out on the makeline. Keep in mind I still hadn't finished learning how to make everything, so I was mostly just in the way and kept messing up over and over and had to ask a gazillion questions while those at the landing were rushing us. They were all treating me as if I had been working there for ages. The cherry on top was how stupidly hot it was.
I'm aware that Friday evenings and maybe Saturday evenings will just be like that. However, my issue was how demanding the job was physically and mentally. To some of you I probably sound lazy or weak, or had the wrong idea of what the job would be like, but I truly have never felt worse in my entire life after that shift. The rush was terrible, obviously, but even the chiller tasks didn't click with me and doing them every day sounded like an absolute nightmare. It's also probably worth mentioning that I have anxiety which only hindered my abilities to work in such a stressful environment. Honestly, the only reason I didn't break down crying was because I was in front of other people and was hard-focused on making orders. Many of you probably find it weird that someone who can't handle stress well is working at a fast food restaurant, but I was very desperate for a job and Little Caesars was literally my last resort.
After I got home today, I cried for about 20 minutes. The experience I had tonight has completely soured the whole thing, and my manager requested that I work 7 days a week. I can't imagine doing something similar to what I experienced tonight every day with no breaks. I just can't do it. I tried to tell my manager during our "interview" that I'd be willing to work 6 days a week at most, but he seemed extremely desperate to hire someone and put me as Shift Lead on top of that, so I couldn't say much else. His attitude about my schedule rubbed me the wrong way from the start. He seemed to make up everything on the fly, didn't clarify much, and made me get off at 7pm today instead of 5pm as promised.
If it isn't clear by now, I would like to leave this job ASAP. I think I'm an absolutely terrible fit for the job, and it will only cause significant issues for my physical and mental health. The main issues are this: I'm still training, it's only been a day, I would feel very guilty if I left soon given the manager's desperation, and I would have to look for another job very quickly since I need money. But at this point, I'm willing to work anywhere else. I will stick it out for at least another 1 or 2 days, but if nothing changes, there is absolutely no way I can be able to handle working here. What should I do? If I quit, how do I even break that news to my manager since I was just hired?
