Got an email today of the Lost in Cult LoK TTRPG entering final production, and went back to see Bit Bot went radio silent on their Q1 2026 release after they sent out digital soundtracks in October.

This is the Beetlejuice theme but with the spectral soundfont of Soul Reaver.

I made it with FL Studio using the Soul reaver soundbank provided by Dee Dyne.

Every time I revisit Defiance, it’s clear how close we were to a real ending — the purification, the Elder God losing control, Raziel’s sacrifice reshaping the timeline.

All of it feels like the threshold of a final chapter that never came.I put together a short breakdown exploring the lore threads that were clearly building toward that missing ending -

What do you think the final chapter was meant to be? What direction would you have taken things?

More importantly, will it ever happen?

Working on Raziel pre dead vamp form and im struggling with his hands. I'm about to put Volador's hands on him dang it! I need opinions. Does it look too bird claw like or?

Just got the Switch version of this game and have finally been able to have a chance to play from start to finish as I only had this game on a demo disk as a kid. Anyways I’m having so much trouble in an area in the Silenced Cathedral, throwing a gong stick in order to use it to hit a bell. I have used the stick to break the glass but cannot get the stick to land in the opening where the bell is so that so I can use the stick to hit the bell. I have tried aiming over and over but the stick never makes it and I have to pick it up and start all over again.

I feel like Jeremy Irons for elder god is a solid pick, but I get stuck on the rest..

Information Society is currently touring here in Brazil and is playing in my town today and I got to hang out a little with kurt and the guys, and he shared a lot of memories and curiosities about the development of Soul Reaver 1&2 and their soundtracks and other stuff.

Curiously enough, he did mention that he only played both games form start to finish with this remaster when they were released, before that he only played a few random levels and sections. he also wrote some lines on elder god talking about killing kain and being twisted up.

he loved and was so excited when saw my ost CD and it made me so happy to see him sharing the love and affection he still has to this games and everything around them.

Can’t thank u/Empty-Quarter-4109 for the amazing busts of Janos and Vorador. I would prefer to display them a little better but I’m limited in my display spaces thus LoK and Perfect Cell need to share the space.

I’ve posted them before but under Janos is an art piece of “the heart of darkness” as if it’s in a Sarafan museum lol and my life size Reaver I finished myself. The print came from etsy from someone in the UK so I sadly don’t know anything about i the file for the print! Sorry :,)

When I first played Soul Reaver 1 many many years ago and saw the intro I noticed that Kain had an earring which was in fact the ring Vorador gave him in Blood Omen 1 for when a fledgling Kain would encounter Malak for the second time. I always believed that Kain wore the ring as a memento from his once mentor. After all until young Kain met vorador he believed vampirism was a curse. Vorador put the idea that vampires were dark gods in Kain's head. Which before Defiance was the reason for his refusal to sacrifice himself. So Blood Omen 2 which I kind of like due to seeing more of Kain and Simon Templemans performance as him. But I will admit that game brought many inconsistencies like Vorador's resurrection and him and Kain's conflict with one another. Now my knowledge of the series is from the games and old LOK websites like Nosgothic Ream and Lost Worlds. But has there been any info either from interviews or comics that explain how Kain and Vorador came to have such animosity towards each other?

So I've completed BO1, SR1, SR2, and Defiance. I've heard, for years, that BO2 is kinda subpar comparatively.

That said....goodness. I was not ready. The dialogue, especially Kain's, is just so awful compared to the rest of the serious. He acts like a 15 year old edgelord and it's just so bad. It's like going from a filet mignon from a Michelin rated restaurant and comparing it to some well done flank steak.

Is this game really necessary to complete for Story purposes? Like...does it STRONGLY affect the entire story from the other 4 games? Or is it just kinda a side story that explains a little bit between BO1 and SR1?

Like....do I really need to endure this writing in order to have a better understanding? Or does it change little, relatively speaking?

I would happily buy a Blood Omen collection remaster...but just to show support for LoK/SR in general.

Hello! I'm gonna start legacy of kain series on ps5. Which game is the easiest?

Fr, Thief fans... I'm so, so sorry...

This is my second time beating the game, i really love how the plot unfolds in this one, but I’d forgotten how tedious the gameplay was; combat feels sluggish, enemies seem to have homing attacks even when you dodge, and there are mandatory fights required to progress that feel like absolute hell, i think i enjoyed Soul Reaver 1 combat more.

Not that I'm enthusiastic to be given this junk graphic novel, I would prefer a full refund, but after paying a lot to this campaign and getting burned badly, they can at least give me my damned junk I ordered after two years since paying. I wondered if many others have been getting their stuff, because it sounds that they are extremely slow at best, if delivering at all.
