Some low-life keyed my Gravity, any recommendations on how to proceed with the repair? Should I go through insurance or fix it myself?
On another note- why didn't Halo Secure pick this up? I'm coming from Tesla, this is something that Sentry mode would've most likely recorded.

Not sure what to do here.
Drove and ordered a Gravity GT on the 11th of July. Was told by rep that it’d be ready on the 18th at latest and if it wasn’t the team would find a way to deliver my car due to travel and newborn timing - on my profile it showed delivery date and time of 18th at noon. Per Lucid rules I needed to have insurance in place before pickup with VIN on insurance card, since I had a trade to Lucid as well I had to navigate this with my agent to get old car cancelled day after trade in day and new policy effective on pickup.
Then later that afternoon on Friday the 17th (day before pickup) at 5p get a call from someone else at showroom saying that my rep was out for a few days and that my car wasn’t going to be ready because issue with airbag, and then it was seat. After multiple back and forths with the new rep I found out that original rep was fired and part of it was misleading people. The new sales rep a little too confident for the situation and basically said I don’t care what he promised or said we can’t do anything but a $500 credit for delay.
Fast forward to a bunch of excuses refusal to agree to any of the in writing items that were sent by fired sales rep. It’s now been elevated at my request to the showroom manager who has been communicative but I still don’t have a vehicle - still have issues with “seat tripping the airbag” as of tonight and told now the foreman is looking at in AM.
I am losing conference in the team, product and safety concerns only amplify this. Buying a $100K+ car should come with a better services that doesn’t have rug pulling and delay after delay before even taking the vehicle.
Any thoughts on recourse with now 3 failed delivery timelines, do I take the vehicle even after multiple errors before vehicle is delivered. This whole $500 merch credit is a bit lazy since it seems like everyone is getting that.
TIA

TL DR: ordered 7/11 - Gravity Touring in Tampa, FL - waiting for transportation to Houston. - then to Dallas - possible by the 31st?
Long version:
Hi all, we live in Dallas and we’ve placed an order for a Gravity touring thats located in Tampa, FL, on 07/11/2026. We’ve been waiting for a carrier to pick it up and transport to Houston ever since and then deliver it to us after performing all the checks to Dallas (Plano studio). We even told our sales rep that we can drive to Houston and pickup there if needed.
My wife and I are concerned now as it’s been over 10 days and the car hasn’t moved from Tampa yet. And the offers we got like 0% APR, 14k in discounts are only good if we take delivery by 07/31.
We essentially have only a week left for all the things to happen. Is this concerning? Do you think it’ll be delivered before the 31st? Or Do I just let things happen whenever and hope there will be better deals in August too if it were to deliver later? Or hope that they’ll honor my promotion from July as that’s when I placed the deal?
Thanks in advance

Hey. I want to get a gravity 3 row as my family size is growing and need the additional seats. I see the 2026 model has some great incentives and that they are no longer producing 2026 models just 2027 now. The price is a bit out of my range and wanted to see what people’s experiences are as far as if August incentives on 2026 will be any better than what is available now.
I understand it’s all a guess but it would be good to get a sense of what others have seen.

I'm about halfway through my 36 month lease on my Air Pure 2025 and was wondering if anyone has had success in finding a company (Carmax, bidbus, etc.) willing to give you the negotiated buyout price. Mine is showing at about $52k.
The negotiated buyout price on the Lucid Financial Service website is a little higher when compared to what is out there for the same model on the used market, but they said they do not negotiate until the last 3 months of the lease.
I was also thinking of transferring the remaining lease into another lease for the Gravity if Lucid allows, but it seems like that confuses everyone when I ask.
I like the Air, but just am getting bored of it and would like something different.

I have a 2024 Q4 eTron 55 lease ending in November, and with the tariffs Audi isn't doing many good deals anymore. So, I'm shopping around. Rivian would be a contender but their headlamps are not my cup of tea. The Lucid brand always intrigued me, but I have read (here and on Reddit) about the SCs, fobs, software, AC, etc.
Would you buy from Lucid again? Do they treat you well at the service department? Do you get a loaner when it needs to be fixed for all of the bugs?
Is the Gravity like a minivan? We have a steep driveway, so the sedan might be too low. Is the Gravity good o these types of driveways, and is it hard to park given it is like a minivan?
I will never buy a Tesla, and Kia seems iffy around where I live (Greenwich, CT). I don't want a Cadillac, as there is just something with GM as a whole that doesn't work for me. It would be nice to buy American, but....
Unsire if trip upgrades are worth the moey, if the hassles are worth the pain, etc. Any inputs are appreciated. Yes, I have read quite a few posts here and on Reddit.
I have the Audi, before that was two Cayennes. Thanks for any help.

I don’t know what to pick. I sort of have a budget. So im between GT with just comfort seating and 7 seats or Touring with alot more options like sound pro, tech package, same 18way seats and power package for same money. I love that gt power but is it worth over other goodies ? If i add all those to GT becomes out of my price range.
Just need some input from someone with GT and non Gt owners. sound pro is that much better? Is tech pack brings smiles like 828 hp?

seems all i read is lucid going to go belly up sooner than later & if that happens, my lucid will be homeless/orphan 🤬- who’s still buying lucid cars now?

Took the 2023 AT on a week long trip from Oroville to Santa Clarita area and this car consistently reminds me why owning (not leasing) was the best choice ive ever made.
Only had to take one stop in Kettleman City (charged at 350kW EA which in my honest opinion, outbeats any Tesla dcfc, including their new V4 stalls). Range anxiety doesnt exist with this going at 80-90 mph, even without a GT. Left at 100%, arrive at kettleman with 16%, left at 82% and arrived with 32%. This monster literally eats the incline mountains of Tejon pass and its honestly insane everytime i go to socal.
If youre planning to get an Air, just do it man. Literal no brainer.
So, either my trunk opened up on its own or I tried to close it and something was in its way and it went back open without me seeing it. It torrentially downpoured while we were at dinner, and I came back to it being wet (not puddles) in the trunk. Now, I’m getting a trunk failure, some sort of light failure, and none of my sounds work.
Is it possible this will resolve when things dry out? I am able to open and close my trunk with my phone app, so I am not sure why it won’t work with the car. Also, I did try several hard resets but nothing fixed. Any previous experience?
Edit: To update, seems like the car now is totally fine… which is rather strange to me. Trunk opens and closes fine on all platforms (phone app, key fob, car button) and sound came back. No error messages on the screen. Should I still schedule a service?

I'm closest to the Newark, CA location. Trying to find a phone number to call is nearly impossible without having to leave a voice message to crunch numbers on a lease. Does everyone walk into a dealership to get a car? Anybody have a sales contact I can call to see if it's feasible to start a lease? Thank you.

Hey all,
Tell me what you think? I designed and printed this baby.
I can share the print files once I finalize the clips design, they're a bit sketchy
My Air GT lease is up in 3 months and I started discussions with a rep yesterday about a new vehicle. He was REALLY pushing hard for me to take an inventory Air Touring using lines about how the 2027 models won’t have these aggressive deals, etc.
The thing he tried to quickly glaze over is the existing lease. It’s not up for 3 months and unless I’m wrong I’d be stuck with two car payments that would likely cancel out any deal he’s claiming I can only get now.
Has anyone else had this experience? And if so what did you do ?

I’m looking for an automatic car wash in the Austin area to get my car washed at regularly. I have a 2025 Lucid Air Touring. I found quite a few touch free car washes but none that advertise being acid free or that being an option. I plan to eventually find a good detailing service to just come to my house regularly but until then I was hoping for a quick wash. Any advise?

I don't know about you, but here in our house...both of us would rather take the "cruiser".

Hello community. I have bought a used car in US and using it outside the USA. Official service is not accessible. The car has a lot of errors. Are there any way to reset errors or make diagnostic by myself?

Hi everyone,
I've spent the last couple of weeks researching the Lucid Air and have narrowed my search down to a few used 2022-2023 Tourings and Grand Tourings that Lucid Scottsdale has in inventory. I've watched countless YouTube reviews, read Reddit threads, and joined a couple of Facebook owner groups, but I'd really like to hear from people who have actually lived with these cars.
I'm planning to keep the car until around 2030, so I'm much more interested in the ownership experience than first impressions.
A few questions I have:
How many miles are on your car now?
Which model do you own (Touring or Grand Touring, and model year)?
Have you had any repairs outside of routine maintenance?
Have any repairs been out of warranty? If so, what did they cost?
Has reliability improved significantly with software updates since 2022?
Any recurring issues that still bother you?
If you bought a 2022, do you ever wish you had stretched for a 2023 or 2024?
If you own a Touring, do you ever wish you'd bought a Grand Touring (or vice versa)?
For those whose basic warranty has expired, has ownership become more stressful or has it been largely uneventful?
Have any of you purchased an extended warranty? If so, was it worth it?
Has anyone regretted buying a used Lucid, or would you do it again?
A little about me:
I live in Arizona, so cold-weather performance and the heat pump aren't major concerns.
I drive quite a bit commuting and taking my daughters to cheer, so comfort matters more to me than outright performance.
I'm looking for a luxury daily driver that I'll likely own for about four years before moving to something like a Scout EV.
I'm not trying to start a Lucid vs. Tesla debate—I'm specifically looking for honest ownership experiences, both good and bad. If you could go back, would you buy your Lucid again?
Thanks in advance!

I recently took the caps off of my Pure with the 20 inch wheels, and I like how it looks but I'm not sure I like it *more* than with the caps. I have noticed, however, that I drive the car more aggressively and use Sprint mode more often now, as I may subconsciously be expecting the car's personality to match the way it looks.
How about everyone else? Any change in how you feel about the car or how you drive it with the caps off? Any noticeable drop in range?
1- I have a 2026 Air pure with 19” Aeronaut wheels, when I charge it to 100% it gives me 800 km of driving range. i’m sure it’s unrealistic number and im asking why is that?
2- When I drove to a City approximately 350 km away from my home, I arrived with 150 km remaining range!!!, how is that even possible? am I missing something?
Usually in Long road trips I set the cruise control at 128 km/h and the AC at 4-5 as it’s hot in KSA
Anyone had the same problem?

Anyone else have their seat ventilation become negligible after the last update? Before the update I barely needed the AC at all but now the seat cooling function is totally ineffective. Tried calling to talk to customer support Friday and was yet again left on hold for 25+ minutes until I gave up
