I just noticed that putting the improved shutter increases noise on the Glock to the max, even with the silencer on. Does this mean a silenced Glock with improved shutter cannot be used in base raids even though the gun still sounds “silenced”

How are you people get any weapons more than glocks. Like I had been playing from 2020 to 2021 like twice a week and I could get like 2 glocks and 1 m16 (i think) but now I play almost every day and per this week I got only one glock. Well I also have two chests with almost broken weapons.
