I’ve tried getting new number and resetting my own number. It isn’t working for me. Does anyone know how to fix this or has this been an issue in the past that’s resolved on its own?

I have now tried 6 separate times to create a scene with my kin. Each one adds something that isn't supposed to be there, changes her face, or just changes the color of her clothes. It also adds an exaggerated blush.
