I always liked Lethal Tempo more. But of course Kayle's biggest strength is being able to burst down the squishies with basically a few autos E and PTA so I was wondering am I nerfing myself by going Lethal Tempo in almost all games even if the enemies are like 4-5 squishy champs?

I saw his last video where he talked about beeing hacked.
but the last live on twitch or youtube was 1 month ago.

I feel like with other tops, I eventually figure out how to deal with them, but I really have no clue how to handle him.. he was getting me even under tower, I'd dodge some of his skills but he would always eventually get me, it seems like one of them lets him teleport on top of me? How do you play against him when he's top?

Hello, im pretty new to Kayle Top and League in general, (having downloaded the game about 3 days ago) and im looking for some general advice on the character. She seems super fun to play especially late game, and I really love the idea of outscaling your enemies as the match progresses.

I’m mostly wondering what upgrades I should buy and what are some of my toughest matchups, and what I should do incase the enemy top gets an early lead on me?

I’m also very fixated on the thought of holding space, and trying to get out of that habit of being hyper aggressive since im pretty sure that’s not how you’re supposed to play her early game. Am I supposed to let the enemy champ farm minions and stay under my turret or try to fight for the last hits?

Yeah, ad turns ap and ap turns ad, cool, but there is something in that? if i build full ad i still get damage for my Q and part of my E, the scales add up, so your passive gives you ad and scales add up too? the same for Ap transforming into AD? Because i don't know exactly if there is some limitation to the "bonus" convertion for your skills and scaling in items(like malady) etc.

Right now league classic makes you play with the reworked 2019 version of Kayle, which is weird, but you can pay and get the 2015 version of Kayle, which is cool, however it is still a relatively modern model compared to the CLASSIC Kayle model, which fits the Classic vibe 10 times better.
Would be cool if we had all these options and not just the 2 modern models.

How do you deal with Garen currently. I know that he is supposed to be an easy match-up and he was before for me, but after the many buffs he received I feel that I am on a timer in lane. The moment he has swifties + stridebreaker the lane is over for me. I never have had issues with Irelia, Jax and Nasus for example, even in Diamond, but its just what is ''supposedly'' the easiest match-up for Kayle very difficult for me. Am I missing something ?

This post isn't meant to be a deep dive, but rather a look at my experience playing kayle in classic mode, both top lane and support, and the thoughts I had along the way.

1. Mana management is something we really have to adapt to all over again, it sucks to press E three times and suddenly be out of half your mana.

2. Nashor's Tooth and CDR boots are enough to have your E up constantly at level 5 ability rank, the problem is that the range lasts 10 seconds, while the ability comes back up every 10.8 seconds.

3. Don't forget the "Malady" item, it grants on-hit AP and reduces the enemy's magic resistance.

4. Leveling up Q first and using it to poke until the item is complete is valid, but you lose cooldown reduction per level on E.

5. She felt weaker to me than I remembered, they nerfed her R from 3s at level 16 to 2.5 seconds at all levels, and E doesn't deal additional on-hit damage if it isn't active, I wonder if some of these changes are meant to keep people from thinking the old Kayle was better than the current one.

6. Maybe some of these issues will be resolved once I unlock all the runes (or not), but for now, what I can say is that no matter which lane I'm in, or whether I win or lose the match, I'm always having fun with her

Screenshots confirm that accessible vanilla model is based on new Kayle. Old Kayle model is accessible as a separate skin (presumably through a battle pass / League Classic levels).

It's not purchasable for me. Can anyone else play it? Is it only given to pbe accounts that only had silver kayle back in the day? i have silver kayle, it's available in the store for rp like all skins. but Founders says limited and non purchasable :( NOTHING is non purchasable in pbe!

Something that I've been wondering watching the MSI is what are the good/bad champs to pair with kayle in a comp? While we're entirely in a solo role, it's more a question of what jgs help us the most for ganks, which champs help us when it's time for team fights, etc

And since I am pretty low ELO, I am disinclined to posit much but it seems like champs with cc like Lux and Morgana are great, while ones like Poppy that end up throwing people out of our range are less helpful (but maybe I am wrong about that?).

Do you duo or play with more people? Do you have a favorite team composition? When should I look at my team with dread at having to put them on my back and solo hyper carry vs. when I should excited to get some pentas?
