Googling indicates that the Princess of Wales’s olive green dress, which she wore at Wimbledon to present the trophy at the men’s finals, was a bespoke model.
In my opinion, her bespoke modifications improved the design.

This is the Princess of Wales: fewer distracting folds, with a contrasting plain base: a more balanced look.
