ok so one of my fav KMFDM songs is Brute, and i've always thought it was about being a masochist (which is why it's one of my favorites). i look up the actual meaning, expecting to find what i thought, and i just see a lot of people talking about it being about either an abusive relationship or the NIHIL cover artist. no masochism. my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined /j

srsly tho am i the only one who interprets it as being about masochism?

Sooo I want to put all the Kmfdm tracks that aren’t on Spotify into the Spotify folder so I can listen to them on the App. I couldn’t find them available for download anywhere on the internet and I’m too lazy to screen record every single one. Does anyone have all the files or at least some of the missing tracks? If so, I’d love it if you could share them!

I wrote this one with Marc Heal and it’s great to have him back in the PIG camp … we were also joined by my partner in swine from the KMFDM days, the Czar of guitar, Guenter Schulz and of course PIG stalwart Jim Davies.

Some months ago, i saw a Facebook (?) post by KMFDM saying, the tour wont happen due to health reasons. But i can still buy tickets on eventim. Was there an update and the tour will start as planned?

i love Ikons and as an Ogre fan i especially enjoyed it, assuming the guy singing (at least in the verses) was him. i was SHOCKED when i looked it up and he wasn't credited on the album, with Ikons vocals being attributed to someone else (sorry, forgot who he is)

to me, the resemblance is genuinely uncanny. even relistening to it now, i can't believe that's not Ogre. especially considering he collaborated with KMFDM on the two following albums. crazy

This race is very clearly a chuckwagon race being broadcast by a locally well known announcer (Joe Carbury). It blew my mind when I first heard it, but even the people I knew at the time that were into KMFDM at all didn't make the connection. The intersection of people that have watched a chuckwagon race announced by Joe Carbury and have listened to KMFDM has got to be so small.

But I will always always wonder how this local broadcaster from a niche event at the Calgary Stampede made its way into a KMFDM song recorded in 1988. Anyone have guesses?

Does anyone know where to buy CDs? I swear the only ones I can find are Hau ruck and Let go. My priorities are Xtort and symbols, yet I have not find them.

On my recent trip to Japan it was great to meet up with my old partner in swine Marc Heal.
We were able to put the finishing touches to some new PIG material we’ve been co-writing.
Jim Davies has been alongside me as ever and it’s been wonderful to have Guenter Schulz back in the studio with us as well.
The track ‘An American Ideal of Beauty’ will be released on July 31st taken from the ep Dirt Box (released September 4th) on Metropolis Records.
Four new songs and four remixes by Cyanotic, Rabbit Junk, Combichrist and Stabbing Westward.
Vinyl edition will only be for sale on PIG’s upcoming North American tour.

Hello!

Some of my favourite songs are Preach/Pervert, Thrash Up!, Vogue and Waste. But I can't find any songs that really sounds like them, especially Waste. I don't know why, but I still haven't found a song that scratches that itch like they do.

So if you know any song that sounds like one of them, I'll be glad if you can help!
