My girlfriend and I will be attending a Kansas City Currents game and are looking at hotels in the area. We’re Marriott Bonvoy members so would prefer to stay in a Marriott affiliated hotel. What are we doing?!

Taking my mom to a game and while I normally just stuff all my things in my pockets, she's wondering if belt bags/fanny packs are allowed in the stadium. The policy says non-clear bags need to be smaller than 9" x 5". Lululemon belt bags are 7.5" x 5". Anyone have personal experience with this? Thank you.
