Please do not post spoilers for Joe’s live shows

We understand your excitement and still encourage you to share your experiences. However, we ask that you do not post any jokes or bits you heard from the show. Your spoilers might taint the experience of someone seeing his stand up for the first time. Wouldn’t you feel cheated if you paid money to see a comedian and then someone leaked their set word for word?

This shirt illicits some weird looks

Love the shirt, but I’ve noticed most younger folks will just have that perplexed look trying to figure out what it means.

Answered the door to a couple older Jehovah’s Witnesses, and they seemed horrified by it. Seems like specifically old white dudes are vaguely offended so I’m wondering what they “think” it means.🤨

I will finally be able to reach up and pick a bean

Last season my pole beans didn’t end up growing particularly high. This year they’re finally growing up and over the trellis and I’ll be able to reach up and pick a bean!

Joe and Garrison Keillor

When I was a little kid, my parents would listen to a box set of tapes of Garrison Keillor's "News from Lake Wobegon" when we were on road trips. I spent hours hearing him talk about his sleepy little midwestern town where "all the women are strong, all the men are good looking, and all the children are above average." I hadn't thought of it in years, but my dad mentioned it recently and I decided to give it a re-listen. I'd be amazed if Joe wasn't inspired by that show in making "Joe Pera Talks with You". If any of you are unfamiliar, it's on Spotify and worth a listen.

Amazon issue with S/2

Seasons 1&3 are available for bulk purchase on Amazon but not season 2, that’s only purchasable by each episode individually. I can’t seem to find any threads discussing this, so was just wondering if anyone else has run into this or if it’s just some temporary issue.

Thanks folks :)

Idk where this comes from as it seems pretty well produced for a random IG account, but thought the folks here may enjoy. Giving me a lot of Joe vibes
