Downloaded jetpack joyride a few weeks ago, and ever since day one, there have been a finger pointing to the mailbox with a number, that have increased. I have clicked there, opened every mail but the hand does not disappear.

Anyone that knows what's going on?

Hey everyone,

I've been grinding the S.A.M. daily challenges on Jetpack Joyride Deluxe (PS Vita) for a while now, and I've run into a frustrating issue: costume pieces I previously unlocked through S.A.M. seem to disappear from my inventory whenever I unlock a new one.

To be clear, these are the exclusive S.A.M. cosmetic rewards (not purchasable with coins), and they're just gone (as soon as I unlock a new item, another one disappear from the list in "My Items", generally the bottom one).

So far, I'm stuck at 24 S.A.M items, and after several streaks of 5 days, I'm still at 24...

A few things I've already checked:

- I'm always connected to PSN when playing

- The new reward shows up fine, but an older one vanishes

I know the Vita version is old and unmaintained, so I have little hope of getting an answer, but has anyone else experienced this on PS Vita (or PS3 / PS4) ? Does anyone know of a workaround?

Hi, is anyone else experiencing the game slowing down when using He-Man's sword or the wand?

It took a week to get Teela a second time (out of 10), and now with 2 days left I'm supposed to do 5 runs with S.A.M.?

Is there a way to get it more than once daily?

Does anyone know a way to access old events? Is there an archive of them somewhere? It would be really sad to see some the ghostbusters and metal slug stuff never appear again

My game runs fine until I get a bit past 1000m and my game starts getting weird slowdowns. Imagine, like, it should run at, say 1x speed, but at times it'll slow to like 0.4x speed or 0.7x or so. I want to play the game without these performance issues but there aren't any settings to make the graphics simpler or anything.

I'm on a moto g play (2026), for reference. Closing other apps doesn't seem to fix the issue.

EDIT: I realized the lag ACTUALLY starts happening on the 2nd run within 1 session of playing the game. If i close it and open it again, it works fine.

EDIT 2: IT ALSO happens after about 2400m, as well, just playing through, straight. My initial explanation was very wrong I suppose.

Been wondering this ever since I saw the wr revived at least 5 times through spins or quick revives

Also this one might be mine, I'm not sure since it's been so long since I've last seen this screenshot and I forget the context, since my real one with revives and such is in the upper 20k's

Anyone else having this problem? I can't access the event right now because apparent I made an "invalid purchase" whatever that means. The only thing in this game I've bought is the coin double and this pop-up showed up a couple hours after I bought. I've tried "restore purchases" and reached out to support but no luck.

​Je rencontre un bug assez frustrant sur Jetpack Joyride et j'espère que quelqu'un ici aura une solution ou a déjà vécu la même chose.

​J'ai rempli toutes les conditions pour le succès "Super Arme Tactique" (compléter le 5e jour du défi quotidien du S.A.M. 10 fois). Le jeu l'a bien pris en compte puisque je suis passé au grade "XI. Exécuteur" (donc je l'ai fait 11 fois en réalité).

​Le problème, c'est que sur mon profil Google Play Jeux, la jauge de progression est restée bloquée à 80 % (soit 8/10). Le succès refuse de se déverrouiller, et c'est littéralement le dernier qu'il me manque pour avoir les 100 % sur ce jeu ! (J'ai mis les captures d'écran du jeu et de Google Play en pièces jointes pour vous montrer).

​J'ai déjà essayé plusieurs manipulations :

​Me déconnecter et me reconnecter à mon compte Google Play directement depuis les paramètres de Jetpack Joyride.

​Vider le cache de l'application Jetpack Joyride et de Google Play Jeux.

​Terminer le 5e jour une fois de plus (la 11e fois) pour essayer de "forcer" l'actualisation.

​Rien n'y fait, le compteur Google reste figé à 80 %. ​Est-ce que l'un d'entre vous a déjà eu ce problème de désynchronisation entre la sauvegarde locale et les serveurs Google ? Y a-t-il une astuce miracle pour forcer la mise à jour des succès ?

Hola. Llevo un tiempo con este problema en mi cuenta. No puedo hacer misiones ni puedo subir de rango. Me aparece esta frase de "Misión 1" de una estrella y no importa que haga, simplemente no obtengo nuevas misiones, intenté comprar una y no pasó nada. Desinstale el juego varias veces y volví a vincularme y tampoco pasó nada. Es molesto porque llevo varios años estancado en el mismo rango sin poder hacer nada al respecto. Ya hablé con el soporte de Halfbrick para buscar otra solución.
