What you'd do:

• ~30–40 calls/emails a day from a list we give you (we hand you each number + a specific talking point, no blind scripts)
• Offer a quick free pitch and book a 20-minute intro call on our calendar
• Log outcomes in a simple sheet, follow up on no-answers

Who I'm looking for:

• Clear, confident spoken English
• Comfortable on the phone, unbothered by a "no", knows how to convince further
• Your own phone + laptop, reliable internet
• ~1.5–2 hrs/day, fully remote, flexible timing
• Sales/telecalling experience is a plus, not required

Pay:

• ₹2,000-3,000/month retainer (light workload)
  • ₹250 for every qualified intro call you book
  • ₹2,500 bonus every time a client you reached signs on
• Realistic ₹6,000–8,000+/month if you're landing meetings, and it scales with results

Started working a week ago (worked only for 2 days yet) This is outlier AI (outlier.ai) and they have projects related to Al Training. Aether is one such project, which just requires a laptop and earphones.

Payments every Tuesday. Got paid 32 dollars yesterday, rest will accumulate with continued earnings and will come next Tuesday.
