I built Fit Progress, a simple fitness tracking app for people who want to organize their workouts, meals, water intake, body measurements, and progress in one place.

The idea is not to replace a coach or nutritionist, but to make tracking easier for beginners who don’t want complicated spreadsheets or overly advanced fitness apps.

Right now it includes:

- workout tracking

- beginner plans for home and gym

- nutrition and water tracking

- body measurements

- weekly progress overview

- dark/light mode

It’s currently in pre-final testing, so I’d really appreciate honest feedback on the UI, flow, features, and anything that feels confusing or missing.

For context, I have solo created my own iOS app called Grit: stoic journal. It's an app that provides daily/weekly stoic quotes, allows you to keep reflections and journals, do meditation, breathing exercises with some really cool features and it even has sleep sounds. My dream is to reach 1000 monthly users, literally, I have been dreaming about it haha.. she is far from perfect, and that's okay!

I have ADHD and it has manhandled me since I was young. I've always picked things up fast and if I don't, well it's stupid and I hate it. Developing my app has been challenging, particularly due to dealing with my brain and forcing myself to finish it. I've got a pretty decent amount of time during hyperfocus to get things done, but if it's not done in that time? Well, it's just put in a sad little dusty corner in my brain with all the other lost and forgotten projects..

But this time... I did it. I coded it to a level it is good enough to release. I pushed through the iOS release by myself. And I am still here pushing on, constantly reminding myself that it's not done, not even close.

I'm not looking for sympathy points, but when I say I have NEVER won a prize, competition, raffle, anything, I mean NEVER. They say this stuff has a lot to do with hard work, but also a lot to do with luck and timing. That terrifies me, I don't feel like I am THAT guy... you know, the kind you read about or the kind they make YouTube documentaries on?

Whether I reach my goal of a thousand monthly users or not, I am so proud of myself for actually getting one of my ideas to a point where I can share it with actual humans, it's fascinating to think someone can benefit from code I strung together. I have done it with and without hyperfocus and worked on it when I really didn't want to, when all I wanted to do was game or sleep.

Whether this app is successful or not, it has rewired my brain. It has shown me that not everything is a race and sharing my ideas with people is the most rewarding part, money is just a perk.

I'm just.. proud.

I made this for a woman that encouraged me to get out and go to a concert. It was one of the best nights of my life. At the end of the show confetti cannons were shot off and I guess I caught more than I thought. As a token of appreciation I made this for her from a lot that I managed to grab. What do you think? I made a website for sharing small media recommendation lists, discovering new titles, and asking others for recommendations.

I find that algorithmic recommendations and searching for things like "saddest songs ever" give you giant lists and make it hard to tell, whether you'll actually enjoy something.

To keep things focused the website has a max 15 items per list limit, with no strict genre boxes. You can combine titles even across media that have some sort of connection to you.

Search is based on titles you enter and the media category you're looking for, and finds lists that share those titles. There is also a requests page to ask others for suggestions.

I would love to have a list of yours on the site or any feedback, like how the item limit feels.
Is it easy to find the create new list button or should it be at the top of the explore page when not logged in you think?

After quite a few iterations, we finally reached a version of Rasa Intelligence that feels ready to share.

One thing that surprised us during development was how much the product changed from the first version. We spent more time removing and simplifying things than adding new features, and every round of feedback pushed us in a slightly different direction.
