$FCEL vs $Plug
Plug Power is a turnaround story. So far this year, the company's stock has risen about 30%. Revenue in the first quarter of 2026 rose 22% year over year, and gross margins improved dramatically. The efforts of newly appointed CEO Jose Luis Crespo, called "Project Quantum Leap," are taking shape. Plug aims to achieve positive EBITDAs (multiple examples of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Both stocks are still incredibly volatile and high risk, but with data center demand growing, each company could play a substantial role in the energy revolution. Still, at this point, Plug Power's story is more grounded in operational efficiency and improving fundamentals, while FuelCell is benefiting mostly from excitement and speculative enthusiasm. I have to give Plug the competitive edge here.
is $2.13 the Turn ?

$PLUG Lands Largest Australia
Soon to announce much larger 2000 megawatts Australia Plug Power (PLUG) Lands Role In Australia’s Biggest Green Hydrogen Project
Plug Power has been selected to supply key hydrogen technology for the Hunter Valley Hydrogen Hub in New South Wales, Australia.
The project is described as Australia's largest green hydrogen development to reach a final investment decision and the first winner of the country's Hydrogen Headstart program.
This marks an expansion of Plug Power's role in Australia, tying its equipment into an industrial scale hydrogen hub with government support.
For investors watching Plug Power (NasdaqCM:PLUG), this Australian project adds fresh context to a stock that has been volatile in recent years. Shares recently closed at $2.15, with the stock up 30.3% over the past year, but down 83.0% over three years and down 92.1% over five years. Those swings highlight how closely the market links Plug Power's valuation to progress on large projects such as this one.

Proliferation of Electrolyzers
Later this year , the term “”””Proliferation of Electrolyzers””” is gonna happen on MULTI Gigawatt Vietnam AND #Uzbekistan 2400………..

Proliferation refers to the rapid and often excessive growth, spread, or increase of something in number or amount. It can describe a wide variety of subjects, ranging from the harmless organic division of cells to the alarming expansion of nuclear weaponry. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Contexts and Uses
- Everyday Usage: Refers to a sudden, widespread increase in items or concepts. For example, you might hear about the proliferation of streaming services or electric scooters in an urban area. [1]
- Biology and Medicine: Refers to the rapid multiplication of cells or organisms. For example, the proliferation of malignant cells is the primary mechanism through which tumors grow. [1, 2]
- Global Affairs: Often refers to the spread of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons to countries that did not previously possess them (often used in the term nuclear non-proliferation).

friends and Family of Yorkville loading Monday Tuesday Topsoe and Sasol will provide the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and synthetic SAF (e-SAF) production platforms for Allied Biofuels’ (ABF) planned $6.1bn green hydrogen-based e-fuels project in Uzbekistan.
Under a new licensing and engineering agreement, Topsoe’s SynCor autothermal reforming (ATR) technology and the pair’s joint G2L process will be used to produce around 300,000 tonnes of SAF and eSAF annually.
SynCor generates hydrogen-rich syngas, which is processed through G2L technology to produce SAF and eSAF from renewable feedstocks, including biomass, captured carbon dioxide, and green hydrogen.
Located in the Khorezm region, the facility targets an output of 417,000 tonnes-per-year of the fuels using 4.45GW of renewables and 2.4GW of Plug Power electrolysers.
Responding to H2 View inquiry, Topsoe said that the approximately 117,000 tonnes of production capacity unaccounted for by the licensing and engineering agreement is expected to come from a different unit within the ABF complex.
The agreement follows the Chinese state-owned conglomerate Sinopec’s recent commissioning for front-end engineering design (FEED) at the plant, and the UAE’s Enoc Group and Uzbekistan Airports’ exploration of offtake from the plant from 2030.

Hello Uzbekistan’s and 2400 megawatts
I’m gonna BET a million this project moves forward Topsoe and Sasol will provide the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and synthetic SAF (e-SAF) production platforms for Allied Biofuels’ (ABF) planned $6.1bn green hydrogen-based e-fuels project in Uzbekistan.
Under a new licensing and engineering agreement, Topsoe’s SynCor autothermal reforming (ATR) technology and the pair’s joint G2L process will be used to produce around 300,000 tonnes of SAF and eSAF annually.

The agreement follows the Chinese state-owned conglomerate Sinopec’s recent commissioning for front-end engineering design (FEED) at the plant, and the UAE’s Enoc Group and Uzbekistan Airports’ exploration of offtake from the plant from 2030.
While abundant low-cost renewable energy resources and vast land availability bolster the on-paper feasibility for projects in the region, its landlocked geography, limited infrastructure, weak policy support, and distance from key demand centres represent potential bottlenecks.
However, in April, the Uzbek government granted it a project implementation agreement through a Presidential Decree, giving it special economic zone treatment, carrying tax exemptions and incentive frameworks.

Energy Density Hydrogen
Why is everything about Hydrogen always refer to Energy density Almost every argument about energy comes down to one number: energy density.
How much energy is stored per kilogram of fuel or material.
The numbers in MJ/kg:
• Wood: 15
• Coal: 24
• Crude oil: 44
• Natural gas: 54
• Hydrogen (compressed): 120
• Lithium-ion battery: 0.7
• Uranium (fission): 80,000,000
• Hydrogen (fusion): 690,000,000
Read those last two again.
A kilogram of uranium contains more energy than 3,000 tonnes of coal.
A kilogram of hydrogen fusion fuel contains 45 million times more energy than a kilogram of oil.
This is why:
• Batteries struggle to replace liquid fuels in aviation and shipping. Energy density is 60x lower.
• Nuclear submarines can run for 25 years without refuelling.
• Fusion, if cracked, ends energy scarcity permanently – not just for decades, but for the lifetime of the Sun.
The energy transition debate isn't about ideology.
It's about physics.
Every energy source is competing against millions of years of chemistry packed into fossil fuels – and, eventually, against the nucleus itself.
Know the numbers. The debate becomes clearer.

Stream Data Closes——Liquiditity
It’s about time……….my fears are eased and it’s time to add SLINGERLANDS, N.Y., July 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) today announced two transactions with Stream US Data Centers, LLC ("Stream"), advancing the Company’s previously announced strategic infrastructure optimization initiatives, which collectively target more than $275 million in liquidity improvement through a combination of asset monetization, release of restricted cash, and reduced maintenance expenses. In addition, Stream and Plug Power are now also actively exploring other opportunities for Plug to deploy its products into the data center industry. Plug previously announced in February 2026 that it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell its interest in the New York Gateway Project to Stream. As the parties continued to work toward satisfaction of the transaction's closing conditions, including applicable regulatory and project-related approvals, the parties agreed to restructure the transaction into a staged closing and to enter into a definitive agreement for the sale of Plug’s Graham, Texas Project.
Texas
Plug has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Graham, Texas Project, comprised of land and associated 164 MW of grid interconnection assets, to Stream for up to $76.5 million, with $50 million to be paid at closing and up to $26.5 million based on the load capacity that will be confirmed in the final interconnection agreement with the Texas utility. The closing is expected on or about July 31, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions. The sale is also expected to enable the release of approximately $14 million of cash collateral currently supporting letters of credit/security payments, following the transfer of the applicable interconnection-related obligations and security arrangements to Stream. In total, this transaction is expected to provide up to approximately $90.5 million of total liquidity.
New York
Plug and Stream have amended the purchase and sale agreement for the Gateway Project as follows: (i) Stream's prior $6.5 million escrow deposit will be promptly released to Plug; (ii) Stream will make a new $10 million escrow deposit toward its purchase of land at the Gateway site; (iii) the closing provisions have been amended to enable the near-term sale of the land; and (iv) the long-stop closing date for the sale of non-land assets has been extended to March 31, 2027 to afford additional time for completion of the applicable New York State environmental and regulatory review processes and satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions. As amended, the purchase price is fixed at $142 million. Combined with a $5 million advance received earlier this year, Stream will have paid $21.5 million to Plug against the purchase price upon release of the escrow deposits described above. Plug will retain ownership of the substation and interconnection assets, along with a repurchase right over the land, until the second closing.
