I’ve enrolled in classes and have gotten confirmed for enrollment at the school but now I’m getting this email after trying to get in touch with Howard about housing (no response still) overall the communication between students and staff sucks big time. Can anyone tell me what exactly I didn’t pay in order to receive this, and if there’s anyway that this is a mistake or if there’s someone I can contact that will actually respond.

Hey guys, Hu just took my enrollment bc I didn't pay the tuition on the 10th but I signed up for the payment plan where the payment wasn't due till the 15th. Should I be worried, I've tried calling but they're not answering!!
