I left HW a few years ago. While reconciling my PF statements, I was not able to gather interest calculation used and I asked for the latest PF passbook. They replied that I should have downloaded, while leaving the company and they cannot provide it now.

Suggesting everyone to keep reconciling and take all your documents with you as your requests work not be entertained by Genie portal.
