The moonflowers/regular pet owners are enjoying a nice clear skies day at the pet park.

Kiazuki: (Is holding a treat above Zikoro's head.) Now sit, stay...

Zikoro: (Leaps up and eats the treat anyway. Kiazuki smiles at him even though he failed his task.)

Maroshi and Daiyayuki: (Are happily watching the flochis and the seahorses play in the pond together.)

Shinzoyuki: (Is watching her poodles as they run back to her with things in their mouths. A purple poodle lays something down on the grass in front of her.) A pebble, how nice Amethyst!

Amethyst: (Is pleased with herself.)

An orange poodle: (Places something down too.)

Shinzoyuki: That is such a great stick, nice job Peaches!

Peaches: (Is proud of herself too.)

A red poodle then places one of Dazzlessence's boots down.)

Shinzoyuki: Oh Apple, that's not...

Dazzlessence Jones: Ahem! (Is now standing in front of them, his arms on his hips. He's of course missing a boot.)

Shinzoyuki: (Smiles embarrassedly, she hands him back the boot.)

Sleepy Unicorn meanwhile is holding a comet ball to his massive hydra Scylla.

Sleepy Unicorn: Want it? Want it? Well, go get it! (Throws it as far as he can.)

Scylla: (Barks, she runs after it. She's so giant, her steps shake the entire park grounds and scares all the other pets there.)

The moonflowers and Sleepy's friends: (Look at Sleepy, concerned.)

I also added another version with Hasbro instead of Twisted since it was too funny.

I remember that before I watched this episode, I thought Enormous Coal was gonna be evil. I guess I wanted Dazzlessence Jones to have an archenemy like how Sleepy has Twisted. Dazzle technically has Jackson but it's unclear if he's someone Jones actually knows or if he's just in his head. Also this sinister face Coal made didn't help convince me that he wasn't evil. He's still a solid character as one of the good guys though. I like the symbolism of a diamond mentoring a piece of coal. Though I don't see why Hanazuki found Enormous Coal cute, nobody with a goatee is cute.

Daiyayuki: Alright, be careful everyone. The acid swamps are not hospitable to creatures like us.

Sleepy Unicorn: Well, in that case. We shouldn't be breathing in this air, should we?

Daiyayuki: Oh, shoot, you're right! Kuroba, can you give us the gas masks?

Kurobayuki: I thought you had 'em.

Daiyayuki: No, I told you to bring them.

Kurobayuki: No you didn't.

Daiyayuki: Yes I did!

Kurobayuki: No.

Daiyayuki: Yes!

Kurobayuki: No...

Maroshi: Calm down guys, the swamps aren't that toxic. They just cause hallucinations. It feels pretty much exactly like being high.

Kurobayuki: What does being high feel like?

Maroshi: (Turns to Dazzlessence Jones.)

Dazzlessence Jones: Uh, ask Sleepy.

Maroshi: (Turns to Sleepy.)

Sleepy Unicorn: You kinda feel silly and that you're on a cloud. That's how I felt anyway. (Looks at Dazzlessence Jones.)

Sleepy Unicorn is seeing Dazzlessence Jones as a diamond in the Steven Universe art style

Dazzlessence Jones: You good?

Sleepy Unicorn: I think the acid is already working...

Dazzlessence Jones: (Rubs his eyes, now he's seeing Sleepy Unicorn in the My little pony art style. Cutie mark and everything.) Yeah, I see your point....

Daiyayuki: (Everyone now sees her as a diamond like the way Dazzlessence Jones normally is.) Ok, well we can't stay here for very long then! Let's just run past these swamps as fast as we can and get that flower!

Maroshi: (Everyone sees him the exact same way they usually do.) Rodger that!

Kurobayuki: (Everyone sees her as a short little leprechaun.) Got it sis...say where's me pot of gold?

I love how they're such good friends despite being opposites. Dazzlessence is energetic and loud while Sleepy is laid-back and quiet. Sleepy is probably the better character because he has more to do in the story but Dazzlessence Jones is still my favorite because I find him slightly more charming.

Hoshiyuki, Kurobayuki, Daiyayuki, and Shinzoyuki are looking in awe at their backstage passes.

Daiyayuki: (Puts her's on immediately and glows light blue.) This is definitely my color...

Shinzoyuki: Mine's sparkly...

Kurobayuki: Mine smells like mold and I love it.

Hoshiyuki: Remember girls, we aren't going to the Shapes and Sizes concert to have fun. We're going as bodyguards for the K-popstars themselves.

Kurobayuki: Still fun though, I mean everyone loves S&S. It's not like anyone will do anything to them.

Shinzoyuki: They won't, especially not Pink Heart. She's the sweet one!

Kurobayuki: She's not any better than Green Clover! She's the cool one.

Hoshiyuki: Yellow Star is that oldest and that smart one, I love him the most.

Daiyayuki: My favorite's Blue Diamond, he's...well I'm not really sure what he's like but he's got the best hair and outfits. (Hoshi, Kuroba, and Shinzo nod in understanding.)

There's a knock at the door.

Shinzoyuki: I'll get it! (Runs over to the door and opens it up, seeing Kiyoshi and Maroshi there.) Oh, hi boys!

She moves out of the way when they pull a gigantic boarded up locker on a little wheeled standee.

Hoshiyuki: Boys please, I thought we agreed not to bring this kind of stuff into me and my sisters' house anymore.

Maroshi: Sorry, we just came to ask if one of you will be a volunteer this afternoon.

Kurobayuki: For what?

Kiyoshi: I'm doing magic shows for kids now, the unicorns gave me a cute little prop wand too.

Maroshi: It's a very simple trick.

There's a cartoony doodle visual to show what Maroshi is describing

Maroshi: One of you will stand beside Kiyoshi, Kiyoshi will wave the wand. When all the kids' eyes are closed, you hide behind my old gym locker, the kids will open their eyes and wonder where the assistant went, they'll close their eyes again, Kiyoshi will wave his wand one last time, and you'll run back out! (The visual ends.) How's that?

Kurobayuki: Seems like you're putting in way too much effort for the most pointless and lame magic trick I've ever heard.

Daiyayuki: Don't be rude Kuroba. (Turns to the boys.) I'd love to be your assistant!

Maroshi: Great!

Kiyoshi: Thank you! This is gonna be so...! (Waves his wand in excitement but to everyone's surprise, Daiyayuki disappears in a puff of purple smoke and reappears inside the locker.)

Everyone is shocked

Daiyayuki: (We see her from inside the locker.) What just happened? Boys, what did you do!?

Kiyoshi: (Looks at his hands Intensely.) I really ruin every moonflower I come across, don't I?

Shinzoyuki, Koroshi, and Hanazuki are approaching a science research lab with many space surfers in the parking lot.

Shinzoyuki: My older sisters trusted me with this mission and I will not let them down!

Koroshi: You guys haven't told me what the mission is yet.

Shinzoyuki: Oh. We're here to negotiate with the scientists of the Lunaverse. Dr. Clear Quartz has been conducting unethical experiments on alterlings for years, we're gonna make them sign a contract that will make them magically incapable of hurting an animal ever again. (Holds up the contracts that she pulled from her dress pocket.

Koroshi: Oh...

Shinzoyuki: There's also Princess Ophelia, princess of all scientists. If we want to get through to any of them, we'll have to get through to her first.

Hanazuki: She'll listen, we can be very persuasive!

Shinzoyuki: Yeah!

Koroshi: Ok almost caught up here. I just have one more question, who's she? (Points to a little girl sitting quietly in their space surfer.)

Shinzoyuki: That's Martha, I'm babysitting her today.

Hanazuki: Stay in there Martha, we'll be in and out!

Martha: (Can't hear her because she's locked tightly inside the vehicle.) What!?

Koroshi: Is it responsible to leave a kid alone in a space surfer?

Hanazuki: Probably not...

This has been bothering me for a while but do these two represent any emotions at all. Based on the colors of the Hemkas, we can assume that Sleepy is the emotion of creativity/inspiration and Twisted is Despair but we never see Sleepy do something creative and Twisted feeling despair.

Maybe Sleepy likes to sleep because he's capable of lucid dreaming and he creates his own stories that way. Or maybe Twisted likes making others feel despair for his satisfaction.

But anyways, why are they big compared compared to the rest of the Unicorns? According to the wiki, it's that its because they "have both used magic in order to be bigger, stronger and smarter than other Unicorns". But was this ever confirmed in the show?

On a never before seen moon with vibrant flowers and big hills, there's a giant hotel that the moonflower sisters are approaching.

Kurobayuki: Are we sure we wanna sleep over at another stranger's place? Especially not long after the incident at Quartz Manor?

Hoshiyuki: We don't have much of a choice, we need somewhere to stay while the smoke from the wildfires clears off on our on parents' moon.

Kurobayuki: Right...but why can't we just go to our own moons?

Hoshiyuki: (Makes a face, realizing she hadn't even thought of that.) Because I already booked us a room and because we didn't just bring our alterlings here for nothing.

Shinzoyuki is carrying her poodles in ten different dog carriers at the same time, Daiyayuki has her seahorses in a giant fishbowl that's being pulled along on a buggie, Kurobayuki has is holding her geckos in their small glass enclosure, and Hoshi's swans are flying above everyone's heads. A moonflower is standing outside of the hotel to great them.

Hanako: Hello! Um...hello! It's nice to meet you all welcome the Flower Moon Hotel, allow me to give you our custom speech that we give to new moonflowers...(Pulls out some flash cards, they slip out of her hands and onto the ground.) Shoot! Not my precious acronym!

Hoshiyuki: Oh, here. Let me help you with that. (Walks over and helps her pick them up. It's nice to meet you miss...(Reads her nametag.) Hanako.

Hanako: Thanks. I've heard a lot about you guys, you're the new emergency response team, aren't you?

Kurobayuki: Yeah that's us, mind if I give you a nickname? Just that we already know a Hana and I don't wanna get confused. How about...Koko. Just like Coco just with K's instead of C's.

Koko: Oh my gods, I love it!

Maroshi and Kiyoshi are so close, I'm surprised Sleepy didn't recognize him. In fact when he first sees Maroshi, he looks at him confused and then asks Hanazuki in the next episode who the guy is. I'd imagine Maroshi and Kiyoshi visited each other's moons all the time. I guess Sleepy probably didn't meet him because Kiyoshi has a lot of unicorns so there's no way all of them got to meet him and Kiazuki. Even still, you'd think Maroshi would've came up or have been common knowledge on this moon because he's seemingly Kiyoshi's best friend. Kiyoshi and Sleepy were also so close, how has he never mentioned him to Sleepy before?

Hoshiyuki is sleeping on the cold ground, she wakes up to see that her moon has been destroyed by the Big Bad and has been left a barren wasteland.

Hoshiyuki: (Stands up and glows lime green.) What!? Oh no no no no no! Where's the treasure trees? Why didn't they..?

A voice: Don't blame the trees...

Hoshiyuki: Huh?

A man jumps down from a nearby cliff. He's very tall and slim. Wearing a tank top, baggy pants, tall boots, a leather jacket, and has has a bushy beard.

Hoshiyuki: Wait, you're...

Black: Indeed, I am Black.

Hoshiyuki: Get out of the Lunaverse, Black! The creator of the Big Bad is not welcome here!

Black: And you are...? Surely nobody wants to be associated with a moon failure such as yourself.

Hoshiyuki: I...don't understand. How could I have failed everyone...? (Her looks down at her hands which are shaking.)

Black: It's over Hoshi, I won. (Shows that every single moon in the Lunaverse has been wiped out. He laughs maniacally.)

Hoshiyuki: No! NO! This can't be happening...!

Black: (Is still laughing.)

Hoshiyuki: (Wakes up in a cold sweat. She's in her room on her moon which is still in perfect condition. She looks around to make sure.)

Suddenly her sisters are making noise outside her door, Hoshi looks at them knowingly.

Hoshiyuki: (Opens the door.) What are you goobers doing here?

Kurobayuki: We went to enjoy some time at the beach.

Hoshiyuki: In the middle of the night?

The other three sisters are silent

Shinzoyuki: We all had nightmares!

Hoshiyuki: (Looks surprised.)

Daiyayuki: My nightmare was about all the diamond people going extinct.

Kurobayuki: I dreamt about Mona and Delilah...

Shinzoyuki: And I dreamt that I had to bake a cake with fondant.

The other sisters: (Look at her.)

Shinzoyuki: What?

Hoshiyuki: Well, I just had a nightmare that all our moons got wiped out. Weird how we're all having nightmares at the same time pretty much.

Shinzoyuki: Um...can we have some of your hot chocolate? That just helps during a night like this.

Hoshiyuki: That sounds good actually, I think I'll have some too. It's in the kitchen.

Fixed the 5th panel as well and resized the images.

A story set in the past, a scrappy young boy is leaving his bedroom and walking up to his older sisters.

Daiyayuki: Morning hon.

Hoshiyuki: Did you sleep good, Shinz?

Shinzoshi: Yeah! (Hugs both of his sisters' legs, glowing pink.)

Nova: (Her voice is calling out from the distance.) Shinzo, hurry up and eat breakfast please! I got to drop you off at comet ball practice.

Shinzoshi: Coming! (Runs towards her.)

Daiyayuki: He's such a good boy.

Hoshiyuki: Oh yeah.

Shinzoshi: (Is slowly eating his cereal.)

Nova: You're gonna have to go a little faster than that, we're running late.

Daiyayuki and Hoshiyuki: (Are also eating their breakfast very slowly.)

Nova: (Smiles lovingly at all of them.) I don't know where you all got your manners from because they sure didn't come from your dad.

Daiyayuki: (Swallows her food.) We just like being polite I guess.

Hoshiyuki: (Waits to take her next bite so she can speak.) I'm glad that's true, I would lose my mind if we had someone in this family who isn't well-mannered.

Shinzoshi: (Is still eating very slowly.)

Nova: Hm...

The moonflower sisters are all relaxing in the living room, reading books and magazines when Daiyayuki comes into the room with the mail.

Daiyayuki: Look at this guys, tickets to Moonflower Prom!

The other sisters: (Gasp.)

Shinzoyuki: There's nothing better than Moonflower Prom! The outfits! The music! The buffet!

Kurobayuki: Not to mention the treasure juice...

Hoshiyuki: I think it's great because we get to speak to each other about how our moons are doing and what we can do to help each other! I can't wait.

The other sisters look at each other awkwardly.

Daiyayuki: Um, honey... you're not invited.

Hoshiyuki: (Looks sad suddenly.) I'm not...?

Kurobayuki: And you're surprised by this?

Shinzoyuki: No offense but you were kinda a wreck during Moonflower Homecoming.

Flashback

Moonflower Homecoming is coming along peacefully, Hoshiyuki is holding a cup of orange treasure juice. She's talking to other moonflowers.

Hoshiyuki: Yeah, I agree! Things are going well the small businesses here. (Takes one sip from her cup and immediately can't handle the juice. She immediately glows orange.) Whoo! What's in that? It tastes great! (Sniffs a moonflower's arm.) You smell like lemons, I love lemons...

The moonflower: (Looks uncomfortable.)

Hoshi then proceeds to stick both hands deep into the buffet, flush napkins down the toilet, and play with the records the DJ was using. Making horrible scratching sounds. The guests looked annoyed at all of this.

Back to the present

Hoshiyuki: (Stares at them blankly.) I don't remember any of that.

The other moonflowers look away

Hoshiyuki: I'd hate to miss prom because of this...

Shinzoyuki: Aw, cheer up. You only ruined homecoming a little bit.

Kurobayuki: You almost killed the homecoming queen.

Hoshiyuki: Oh yeah...

Daiyayuki: We'll go talk about prom somewhere else, so we don't upset you. (The three of them start walking away.)

Shinzoyuki: Did you hear the theme is observatory party?

Daiyayuki: I did not!

Hoshiyuki: (Feels left out.)

… Hanazuki: Full of Treasures was released all the way back in the 2000s?

Daiyayuki: (Puts what is assumably a microphone to someone's face.) Care to comment on the latest loom band craze?

Kurobayuki: (Is the one she's interviewing.) Daiya, that's not a microphone. It's a stress toy shaped like a microphone.

Daiyayuki: Cool, right? (Squeezes the stress toy a few times.)

Hoshiyuki: Whatcha doing, Daiya?

Daiyayuki: I'm trying out my latest hobby, the last few ones didn't go as I hoped. Especially not woodworking...

Flashback

Daiyayuki is just finishing up her latest wood carving, a perfect replica of the Mona Lisa painting. We see huge piles of other beautiful wood carvings she made.

Daiyayuki: Eh, not good enough...

Back to the present

Shinzoyuki: What about painting? You're a great artist.

Daiyayuki: There's only so many paintings I can make, hon. But fashion reporting, that's my new thing. Though I have learned lately that most of the creatures I know are not fashionable. I mean Shinzo, you copy other people's looks with braids exactly like Kiazuki's and a dress just like Hana's only longer.

Shinzoyuki: (Blushes, looking embarrassed.)

Daiyayuki: Also Hoshi, I hate to tell you this but socks and sandals are not a good look.

Hoshiyuki: (Looks down at her socks and sandals.) Huh...

Kurobayuki: So does being a fashion reporter also make you the fashion police now?

Daiyayuki: Well, why can't I be? It's good to give people fashion tips.

Kurobayuki: People can make up their own minds. Plus I always say that everyone should just wear whatever makes them feel comfortable.

Shinzoyuki: Is that why you wear your pajamas with shin guards and elbow pads?

Kurobayuki: Yup!

Daiyayuki: This isn't hurting anyone, Kuroba. Plus I'll be saving a lot of creatures from embarrassment. I mean mom was just wearing crocs earlier today.

Kurobayuki: What's wrong with crocs?

Daiyayuki: What isn't wrong with crocs?

Dazzlessence Jones: (Is narrating the story he's telling to Hanazuki, Daiyayuki, and Koroshi.) I was on top of the world! Until one day...

The flashback takes place in Dazzle's old middle school, back when he was still a kid.

English Teacher: Now if we analyze McBethany's actions, you'll see that what she does isn't so black and white...

Young Dazzlessence: (His classmates are all taking notes but he's busy writing song lyrics in his notebook, with a felt tip pen.)

A voice: Stop it!

Young Dazzlessence: (Turns around to see a familiar face being picked on on by another familiar creature.)

Young Doughy Bunington: Please stop!

Randy: (Isn't listening to him, instead he's throwing Doughy's food to the floor.)

Suddenly someone grabs Randy's hand

Randy: (Looks up.)

Young Dazzlessence: Come on man, that's enough. Leave him alone.

Randy: Pfft, you're such a buzz kill anymore. What? Becoming hall monitor made you think you have some real authority?

Young Dazzlessence: (Pauses for a second.) I know I'm not a real sheriff but I will be one day and then you'll eat your words!

Randy: You'd be lucky to be a sheriff of a moon with two people on it. Plus what's the point of being a cop anymore? A moonflower will just show up and tell you what to do.

Young Dazzlessence: Hey! Moonflowers are here to help us.

Randy: (Starts chewing gum.) Uh-huh..(Spits out his gum directly onto Dazzle's forehead.)

Young Dazzlessence: Uh!

English Teacher: What's going on back there?

Young Dazzlessence: (Takes the gum off his face.) Randy's being a jerk to both of us.

English Teacher: I see...Randy you're in big trouble.

Randy: (Forced sigh, he pulls out his comet ball.)

English Teacher: (Eyes widen.) Wait, are you on the comet ball team?

Randy: Yeah...captain of the team too. It sucks though because I had a perfect record. Until now...

English Teacher: Oh no, hon! You're ok, I'm sorry I didn't know!

Young Dazzlessence: What!?

English Teacher: Not another word out of you too... you'll treat the kid taking us to the championships with respect.

Randy: (Smirks at Dazzlessence.)

Young Dazzlessence: (Glares back at him.)

Dazzlessence Jones wiping off his sweat which turns into glitter reminds me of the SU movie where Steven wiped away his blood and it turned into glitter. I don't think this was a reference but I do think it's a funny coincidence.

The yuki sisters and their mom Nova enter a spooky rundown manor.

Shinzoyuki: Ooo...(Isn't looking where she's going so she runs into a spider web, it flows over head like a wedding veil. She looks in a nearby broken mirror.) Oh. (Glows light blue out of sheer glamor, smiling to herself.)

Kurobayuki: (Is running around like crazy, she jumps on top of Hoshi's back.)

Hoshiyuki: Hey! Quit it!

Nova: Kuroba, be nice. We're not animals.

Daiyayuki: What's going on, Kuroba?

Hoshiyuki: She just gets agressive whenever she watches wrestling.

Kurobayuki: heh heh heh. I need... bloodshed!

Hoshiyuki: You need something alright...

The family is admiring the mansion when suddenly an alien greets them from the staircase.

Zadie: Welcome to Quartz Manor! I take it one of you is the contest winner.

Nova: Yes that's me, it's nice to meet you. I'm Nova, my daughters will be paying to stay here too.

A strange noise happens

Hoshiyuki: Ow!
