One of the ones that kept popping up in threads was someone mentioning an abracadabra halloween store type site with FX makeup and masks that don’t look like Spirit clearance, which sounded cool, but reviews are all over the place.

For those of you who go unhinged for Halloween or cosplay scary stuff year-round: do you usually order online or just kitbash from thrift stores? Any sites that actually give decent quality masks/FX makeup without charging 4K-criterion-edition prices? Also, how do you tell from pics if something is going to look cinematic vs Party City filter slapped on?"
