Hi! I'm apart of the merch shipping team. This post is for anyone experiencing a shipping delay on their POW! merch order.

TLDR; USPS halted a large batch of our orders due to an issue with a partnering courier, UPS. We were never contacted by them about this, only learning about it through our customers. Since then, we've provided everything needed for USPS to release them for delivery, but updates from them are far and few between. Many packages in this batch have been delivered or starting to move now, still waiting to see progress on others. We are monitoring and pushing for updates daily, here is the latest update from USPS:

"Upon review, all packages are manifested now and should release upon their reprocessing in the storage facility.

USPS partners with multiple third-party postage vendors. These vendors collect postage payment from their customers to generate shipping labels. UPS did not provide postage files/payment at acceptance, and that is why the packages were flagged. Upon review, we now see payment files present after the initial acceptance... they should release automatically back into the mail-stream to their intended destinations."

hi, question for people who know/who have gotten vip in the past
my boyfriend and i are considering getting vip tickets for the columbus show in september. we both are insanely huge hts fans so its something we've considered for a while. is it worth it? here are my main questions,

how does the meet and greet work? what all comes with the package? do you get early entry/guaranteed barricade? also, does the meet and greet also include the opening bands? i am a huge a lot like birds fan as well so id love to be able to meet them/get some stuff signed. thanks for any help in advance!

I've been listening to them around the time they released elephantitis but New Age Filth is probably close to my favorite hts record, wake or elephantitis probably beat it by just a little.

You guys. This is the best news I've gotten all week. Do you realize how distraught I was the first time, when I realized that the email announcing the tour and presale code was buried in the "Promotions" section of the email that I check every day? And that even though I knew about the tour because of a Youtube pop-up, I didn't know the sale dates and then had to find out here that it sold out during presale? I don't have any social media accounts, and even use Reddit only when I have something to figure out. The day I realized it was sold out was the only day I have regretted that fact.

Last night while scouring BandsinTown for any speck of hope, I opened StubWire only to be disappointed again. Only then did I see the Waitlist sign up. I put my information in with lightning speed. "Houston may be hours away," I thought to myself "but if there's any hope of getting tickets, even down to the last day, I'll make sure that I'm there on August 11th."

I fell asleep with a twinkle in my eye, but a heart dark nonetheless. For who would even think to sell their ticket prior to a week or so before the show? At least I had the security of knowing I would be notified. I wake up a few hours later, fog still clouding my sickwithacold brain. I squint at my phone.

hi everyone, i as well as everyone else in this sub i’m sure was very desperate to get my hands on tickets for the culture scars intimate venues tour. houston sold out immediately, and i commented on one of HTS posts asking anyone to dm me if they had extra tickets. one of them seemed legit enough so i ended up purchasing tickets from them, they emailed them over to me but made me pay an extra 15 for “name change fees”. i’m honestly just worried my tickets aren’t gonna work when i get to the gate. is anyone who has tickets (bought from the site) already able to compare? i bought 2, they’re in my name but i just don’t know if they’ll scan as legit. if not i’m gonna have to buy tickets for the afternoon show they announced as soon as possible.

Desperate to know if anyone is not gonna make it to their show in Houston, I’m from DFW and been dying to see hail the sun but keep missing them, long shot ask cause it’s sold out, sorry for asking mods!

Hi! Just wanted to ask if anyone here knows if hailtheshopify is still the email for the merch store. I placed a pretty big order for the POW! collection and the postage was unpaid, so USPS is refusing delivery. Tried to contact the email about a reshipment or refund, but i haven't received a response.
