If they tried to fire you, what do you think they are going to do when you commit theft?

Also, do your co-workers/boss close their eyes and ears when you're there or something? They would know that you're not in the building, and the person approving your timecard would either be your manager themselves, or HR which would ask your manager why you're working so much
