Another nerf for grindelwald (it was previously nerfed slowing the companion cooldown by 3 seconds!). The echo now is balanced with other spell echoes (Harry Hermione Cedric Voldemort mcgonagall ); nerfing his dmg too will destroy it
The dumbledore’s nerf (the enchanted card will now request 15mp spent instead of 13) is a joke. This echo in duo is no longer used already.
They nerfed 2 good spells too.
When was the last time a summon got nerfed? Every summon, even the ones at 3mp, are utterly good.
Solo duels are just a summon spam.
Summon echoes are incredibly strong (thinking that to win they don’t need to aim, to use the right thing at the right time like a spelluser must). Newt gives 5mp costing cards at 1mp every 2 summons; Sirius buffs every thing you use, not one each but all the things on the field; hagrid is broken, bellatrix needed a nerf but it’s still overused.
And to the ones saying “oh just use spells anti summons like confringo or glacius”; pfff carpe retractum at 1mp and I waste 5MP

Why We Need Your Help

If you look at the Club list, you can see the current situation. Almost all active players are concentrated in roughly the top 10 clubs, while most of the remaining Clubs are barely active.

Recruitment has become extremely difficult. New players are rare, and those who do join often leave quickly or get invited into larger Clubs instead.

Community events have also lost their competitive spirit.

In Challenge Space Design & Style, the same players win every time. There have also been concerns about vote manipulation through multiple accounts, making these competitions feel less active and competitive. In the last competition, only around 20 players participated in one category and around 10 in the other.

For Those Who Prefer a Small Server

I know some people actually enjoy a small server. Competition is lower, and it's much easier to win events like the House Cup.

But a living, active server is worth far more than easy rewards. More players mean healthier guilds, more competition, and a stronger community overall.

About Ping

Many players originally chose Sphinx because of ping concerns.

If you're worried about latency, try a few duels. Since the WB migration, the ping difference between servers appears to be much smaller than before. If Sphinx is merged with Ashwinder, you likely won't lose anything—but you'll gain a much more active community.
