I know that - at least in past years - Universal has sold upgrades from HHN Express to Unlimited at the park on the same day. People have also reported being able to upgrade at their hotels.
I'm wondering if anyone knows if last year they offered upgrades at the Epic customer service desk.
I have HHN Express one of the days I'm visiting. But I also have two daytime multi park Express Passes for that same day (I ended up changing my plans around, and now have an overlap on my two 5 day EPs.) I'd originally planned to spend the whole day at IOA and USF, but now I'm thinking of starting the day at Epic, to take advantage of the EPs for a few rides there, before heading over to IOA, using them there, then heading over to Stay and Scream at USF.
But I'm worried about HHN unlimited express selling out, so I wanted to get it right at park opening -- assuming that they even offer it this year or that day. And if I go to Epic first, it might be sold out by the time I get over to USF.
So, I'm wondering if anyone knows if they sold Unlimited Express upgrades at Epic last year.
Did anyone successfully get upgraded there?
If not, I guess I could probably try to head over to Endless Summer the late night before, since I'll be at Fun Spot Orlando until midnight. (I hear they start selling them at midnight.)
Side note: Could I have any problems using two different Express tickets on the same day? I know that they use facial recognition. But could I just scan the different tickets manually?
Thanks for any advice!
