Hi Premier League Champions,

With the World Cup wrapped up and the footballing world's focus directed firmly back to club dealings, it's time for our annual Tier List revision. This is the first of three threads that will go as follows:

1. Gathering sources

2. Community vote

3. Results

The image in this post is the current "Tiered" sources we have from Summer 2025. This list is meant to represent the most frequent reporters on Arsenal, but obviously can't be considered comprehensive. As you can probably spot, some names are outdated, in the wrong tier or outright missing. The journalists and outlets we add to the tier list are ones that typically report on Arsenal and/or the Premier League, with some big names that broadly report on European clubs that would include Arsenal (such as Fabrizio Romano).

We're putting it to the wider community now to help us compile the best list possible for the next year. To suggest a source be added, please put them in bold in a top level comment (i.e. direct reply to the post). Obviously feel free to discuss the sources, but I will be looking for bold specifically when compiling the list.

Please also feel free to point out sources that should be removed or banned from the list for any reason.

Please note we're adding a new rule going forward: unaccredited sources or "ITKs" will have a hard upper limit of Tier 2. We've found over the years ITKs come and go and will shoot up and down the list erratically. We want part of the credentials for Tier 1 to include longevity and consistency. We will outline the tiers and their qualifications more in depth in the poll post.

Just a reminder, this is NOT the post where we vote. We will be compiling the list and putting it to a vote this weekend.
