Nowhere
There is currently no physical release nor streaming options in any region, including Japan, as of 20th July 2026.
Since the film isn't available anywhere, then naturally there are no places to pirate it from either.
This post will update with legitimate options as they become available... probably.

Hathaway's Flash 2 is beginning to become available in theaters outside of Japan, so for the next while let's keep it all contained in this thread so you don't accidentally spoil the film for others by posting about it on the main subreddit. Makes it easier on all of us, especially for the poor blighter that is pretty much running this subreddit by themself. Spoiler tag your stuff in here too if you know how to.

Kawaii Zeon girls who live in a picturesque countryside mansion while half the total population of humanity is wiped out through the actions and atrocities commited by their government chuck a fit because the Feddies use captured Zakus and accuse them of Warcrimes. Zeon wank is alive and well in the modern day, they could probably confront this world view later but the missions also suck from what I have played so far it ain't worth it.
This along the general tone and Gameplay of the campaign just absolutely ruined this game for me I don't think I am missing out on anything.
