Not really one to go for FCs because I'm super inconsistent with my strumming but this one worked out since the solo isn't very tough compared to Rock Band's chart. Did this with my Riffmaster on PS3 Warriors of Rock. Almost Easy GH3 DLC FC here I come 🫡

i am searching for the gh3 main menu but without any ui (and no gh3 logo). i tried but couldnt do much more. can anyone finish/ make/find one? pls

does the vocalist sound kinda bad? yeah, but i honestly think that adds to the cover. just hear me out. it makes it sound more like a garage band/small band's cover of the song, which imo, adds to the experience. also, the solo is fucking amazing. kinda reminds me of the smells like teen spirit solo. what i mean by that is that it does like the vocal reprise as a part of the solo and shit. it's really good.

I was curious to get some more information about these and get a sense of rarity/value.
The Judy Nails faceplate was the most recent find, I have never seen this faceplate before. Seems to be OEM RedOctane. Are there other faceplates of other characters? Or maybe just the box art characters? I have never seen any. I see one single listing on eBay for the faceplate currently which is most certainly overpriced.

About the coke zero promo guitars there are a few posts and images on here but not much lore or info on how they came to be, they seem to be more prevalent in Scandinavia(?)(including myself). Some say they were given away as prices at events, etc. Would love to know if anyone has any info on them.

There were competitive guitar hero events at DreamHack, Sweden in 2010 (and possibly later). There seems to be some partnership between guitar hero, dreamhack and coca cola but it doesn't explicitly mention these guitars or that they were given away as prices, only that "prizes from" these three partners.
Gemini claims they are from coca-cola loyalty and rewards program.

While I was coming back from a trip, I decided to check a local game store. I found a used copy of Guitar Hero: On Tour for 45€, complete in box. I bought it, went home and played it on my black NDSL. Later, I got 3 other games for it (Decades, Modern Hits and Band Hero).

While playing today, I thought of changing the grip’s skin for fun. I found a skin template from an old video, used Limp Bizkit’s “Behind Blue Eyes” cover and made it Guitar Hero themed. I printed and cut it out. It came out pretty well.

By the way, I’m new to Guitar Hero :D

Nerves always get to me and I screw up at the end, but I just played this for fun and it didn't happen

Do either of the Wii usb ports in back work for the microphones? I have a hard drive in the outside port and can't seem to get one recognized on the inside port. I ordered a new microphone off amazon that said compatible with wii etc but still seems inconsistent to get to work. I found if i plug in before turning on the wii i can at least see it but speaking into it during a song doesn't seem to change the tone up or down. New to trying to use these so any guidance is appreciated

I've recently started as an arcade technician. The guitar hero arcade game here is in pretty poor condition. It frequently has issues with text not loading, or random textures poping up on the screen. It'll sometimes work for an hour or two after it turns on before the issues start. I've done some basic maintenance of the pc in it, blown out the dust etc. From what I've seen, the graphics card might be dying and they don't make that particular model anymore.

Anything else I can try before the higher ups condemn and remove the game from the arcade? Most of our other venues have already removed them.

For what it's worth, I think the section in question would be rife with the possibility of being overcharted with all the string bends and irregular strum patterns that are in the original song. It would already suck up Star Power like gasoline because of the gradually faster tempo.

What I do know is that aside from the bass solo, the bass part would basically be in a full-on endurance test to see how long they could play.

How would Slow Ride fare if it was the eight-minute album version that was used rather than the abridged single version plus the outro as it is in-game?

(N.B.: I think the single version fading out is the reason why the song was covered for the game to begin with and never returned for Smash Hits or the like)
