Does anyone else have this issue? I really wish you could put them in that bag so you don't forget them. They are customized to the character (maybe we could have anything customized in there?)

tried it out as they just added steam login and tried it on my Samsung s10 tablet and seems to always get lag spikes when moving the camera, even on all low settings and everything turned off like HD bloom ect. Is the performance just not there atm or is the s10 tablet just not cut out for Guildwars? figured it would be as it runs PUBG and COD mobile perfectly on max settings 60fps,

I noticed there is also no option to change my resolution to 1080p instead of the 2960 x 1848 the s10 runs at natively but appears to be no option to change this in game?

I don't remember there being a spirit beside the statue of Dwayna, was it added to the game recently?

I made it to beacons perch, but seems dead there. I have a factions ranger and wanted to get the prophecies max armour but having a hard time running myself there...

I have been testing the new consumable Bird's Eye Compass to see just how much additional portions of the map can be explored like this.

I tested this in EOTN, because map exploration can easily be quantified, as each 1% of the map corresponds to 1 Master of the North title point. I'm now at 1,056 Master of the North points, meaning that that at least 126% of the EOTN map can be explored now (Prior to the update it was at 1,034, or 4% extra). I have gone through every area and most SAO chains that I know of, including some new ones into outposts (Rata Sum, Boreal Station, Gadd's, etc.) that will yield extra points, as the item can only be used in explorable areas (why, actually?). This means that it's theoretically possible to get the max title without completing a single mission in NM haha.

There are some areas that I was not able to explore due to a bug that instantly disconnects me without possibility to reconnect. After logging in again, every portion of additional map explored during that instance resets. This bug can be replicated consistently and I have observed this in three locations: the northern parts of both Riven Earth and Arbor Bay, and the North-eastern part of Sparkfly swamp (after SAO-chain jumping). My theory is that this occurs when the EOTN and Prophecies maps overlap / are too close.

Curious to hear how you have been using the new item so far!

As the title suggests, I am replaying Gw on mobile since reforged came out, I never played monk before but I always wanted to try the smite part of this profession. I wanted to know if this was a viable path and if it had any value against other dps options and other classes. I am not playing "hard" content yet but may do so in the future, so I don't want to lock myself with an unviable class. I am not that interested in prot and healing monk as I find it difficult to manage on my phone (especially the targeting part). Thank you !

Figured I'd share this non-sense build that somehow worked. My rules for this character is play through Prop only, completing everything in HM using only skills from Tyria and one hero of each profession. So I did all NM missions + some HM missions/vq's with me, a warrior, monk, ele, mes and ranger. I kinda am doing my own rules aligned with the MA philosophy, allowing skills on heroes after they're unlocked my area, including elites which I had to cap. Anyhow, here's this nonsense. Warrior w/ SR wep. What's unreal is the dmg from Soul Taker, we died several times, but hell it worked. I don't use cons, but for aesthetic purposes I did jump to Elona to grab the sunspear armor chest.

I've been entertaining using tomes that drop, not purchased, to allow myself skills from other campaigns.

Hey everyone! Looking into toolbox it looks awesome! But I do not want to lose my 20 year old account. I see it says that it is safe to use. Just don’t want to be banned for using it. Would also like info on what not to use in the toolbox as it says some features are iffy. Any input would be awesome. So happy to be back playing after so long! About to hit level 20 on an Ele for Ldoa! Loving pre searing and looking forward to leaving soon haha. Toolbox isn’t a make or break just seems like a great tool! Thanks for the input.

First time through the game, I want to leave pre searing and start the game but I feel stuck. I've tried everything, I have the flute from the shop in my inventory, the red cape, i've given her a ton of flowers, I've tried only having 3 flowers in my inventory when I gave them, I get nothing other than her trying to follow me. Is that big of a deal if I just move on?

I'm at 95% for Tyria and Cantha Carto and since I mostly played on Steamdeck I wanted to wait for the final 5% until I can get toolbox running.

Now that the Birdseye compass is a thing I wanted to ask what would be the most efficient areas to use it to get those last 5%?

Hello everyone, I’ve just recently started my VQing journey using mesway (6 mesmers and 1 ST). I’m kinda finding difficulty clearing some of the harder content (i.e. desolation) an alliance member suggested to just pay someone to run those while I afk, how exactly is that possible that you can with just 6 players (1 human and 5 heroes) as he said they can afk 2 people at a time..

I am one cool guy looking for other cool guys who wanna hang out in your party guild hall. Nothing luxon. Dudes in good shape encouraged, if you're luxon you should be able to find humor in the little things. Again, NOTHING LUXON. LF Guild

The last two days, I've run into this strange bug where My inventory appears glitched. The background and character model don't show up, and changing weapons or armor crashes the game consistently. Has anyone had this issue before? I'm using the steam version, and uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't seem to fix it.

I can solo other 3 without much problem, other than Foundry, how do you do it? I saw a few videos and none of them were fighting the Fury.

EDIT:

you can put in a hero and switch in the panel view in between hero and you. that will resolve the bug for as long as you are in that instance. next map change you have to do it again

Since Guild Wars Reforged launched, I’m not sure if it’s because NC Taiwan no longer supports Guild Wars, but it seems that Traditional Chinese is effectively no longer supported—even though the option still appears in the language settings.

Ever since the Winds of Change update, all new text—missions, dialogue, UI options, NPC names, item names—is no longer in Traditional Chinese. Instead, the text isn’t even proper English. A lot of lines are literally just “TEMP”, making the content unreadable.

Even all new and old content is properly translated in Korean.

At the very least, I hope the “TEMP” placeholders can be replaced with proper English, so the game is playable in Traditional Chinese.

Of course, having full Traditional Chinese support again would be ideal.

The new Bird's Eye Compass item lets you uncover significant portions of previously inaccessible parts of the map, thereby making Cartographer titles much easier. I agree that it's good to have some leeway, but this addition is just huge, and defeats the purpose of the title, in my view, even when acknowledging that mods like Cartographer Made Easy exist.
Below is a screenshot Perdition Rock showing how much more area (black) can be uncovered using the Bird's Eye Compass compared to the previously explorable parts (based on the "Cartographer Made Easy" texmod)

Not able to log in to this particular character after finishing a mission, I couldn’t even thank the random guy who decided to help me. Please fix this the character was my main UPDATE - it got fixed

Hi everyone,

I think I’ve encountered a game-breaking bug on Guild Wars Reforged Mobile.

I completed the Apocrypha mission on my level 11 Dervish. After defeating the boss, the cutscene started normally. I pressed “Next”, and the game began loading the next area.

The loading bar reached 100%, but instead of entering the map, the game crashed with a « error » screen.

Since then, I can no longer log into that character. Every time I select it, the loading reaches 100% and the game crashes with the following error:
RuntimeError: Aborted (ASSERTION FAILED: frameId …/Engine/Frame/FrApi.cpp:3886)

My other character (an Elementalist in Factions) loads and plays normally, so the issue seems to affect only this Dervish.

I’ve already submitted a crash report and opened a support ticket.
Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a workaround?

Finally, today was the day I played on my phone, but I have a question: no matter what graphics settings I use, the game stutters whenever I move the camera for the first time in a new area. Is this normal for the game?

Hello all,

Returning player here. Created a new character a few days ago and just reached Lions Arch.. Kind of... Upon completing the quest to get to the city, my game crashed out, and I can no longer log in with this character. I can access all my other characters, including Lions Arch on them. I have tried both my phone and tablet. Every time I try to log in with my new character, the LA loading screen shows, then the game crashes. I have submitted a few reports already via the crash.

Anyone on here have any advice or insight on how to continue forward?
