[FOR HIRE] Full-Stack Dev (React/Node/MongoDB) Fast, clean builds, portfolio included
Hey I’m a full-stack developer working mainly with React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB (also comfortable with Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and React Native for mobile).
Recent work includes a full automotive SaaS platform connecting car owners with garages, a fitness app, and a car diagnostics tool all built end-to-end (frontend, backend, database).
Looking to take on freelance projects anything from landing pages and business sites to more complex full-stack apps. I move fast, communicate clearly, and care about the site actually working well on mobile, not just looking good in a screenshot.
Happy to share more examples or do a quick mockup if useful. DMs open.

[HIRING] Full Stack Engineers | NYC, SF | $150K-$275K
We run a curated talent network for engineers. You build one profile, we match you with multiple companies. You don't apply anywhere. Companies reach out to you. Free for candidates. US-based roles only.
Three full stack openings I'm actively working right now:
- Full Stack Mobile Software Engineer at a seed-stage consumer fintech startup, in-person SF or NYC, $190K-$240K base plus equity. Strong full stack experience with a mobile focus, comfortable owning both the app and the backend services behind it. You'd ship features end to end for a small, fast-moving team building the first financial touchpoint for the next generation of traders.
- Full Stack (Product) Engineer at a Series A startup backed by Sequoia and Founders Fund, in-person SF, $175K-$275K base plus equity. Next.js/TypeScript and Python required, plus SQL, cloud infra, and API design experience. LLM API integration experience is a bonus. You'd build the creator tools and consumer platform behind an interactive-AI product used by public figures like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
- Senior Full-Stack Engineer at a seed-stage legal-tech startup, in-person NYC, $150K-$220K base plus equity. 6+ years shipping full-stack web apps, Next.js/React/TypeScript a plus, strong AWS and infrastructure experience (Terraform, ECS, RDS). You'd build the AI platform that turns medical record review from weeks of manual work into minutes, used by personal injury law firms and enterprise clients like cruise lines.
All roles are vetted and actively interviewing.

Q & A
Hey everyone,
I'm looking to transition from a software engineering role into Product, ideally as a Product Analyst at a startup, and I'd love to get some advice from people who've made a similar switch.
I have around 3 years of experience in product development, where I've built internal frameworks, workflow orchestration systems, and enterprise applications. Along the way, I've also taken ownership of project planning, stakeholder communication, and driving features from idea to implementation.
I've realized that I enjoy understanding customer problems, defining solutions, prioritizing features, and making product decisions more than writing code full-time. That's why I'm looking to move closer to the product side.
For those who've made this transition:
- How did you position your technical experience?
- What skills or projects helped you break into Product?
- Are startups open to hiring engineers into Product Analyst or Associate PM roles?
- Any communities, resources, or hiring platforms you'd recommend?
I'm open to any suggestions or feedback. Thanks in advance!

[FOR HIRE] Full-Stack Web Developer (NestJS / Next.js) | Scalable Web Applications & High-Performance Backends
Hi everyone,
I'm a full-stack web developer who builds scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications with a strong focus on backend architecture and long-term growth.
I don't just write code I help businesses build software that is easy to expand, performs well under increasing traffic, and is designed with future features in mind. I care about clean architecture, efficient database design, API performance, security, and creating systems that are easy to maintain months or years later.
What I can help with
- Build complete web applications from idea to deployment
- Design scalable backend architectures
- Develop secure REST APIs
- Optimize slow backends and databases
- Refactor messy codebases into maintainable systems
- Build dashboards, SaaS platforms, and internal tools
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment systems
- Improve application performance and reduce infrastructure costs
- Add new features without creating technical debt
Why work with me?
- I think beyond implementation and focus on business goals.
- I pay attention to scalability from the beginning instead of patching problems later.
- I enjoy solving complex backend and architectural challenges.
- I'm comfortable discussing technical decisions with senior developers and AI tools, validating solutions instead of blindly accepting them.
- I communicate clearly, deliver clean code, and write software that's meant to last not just work for today.
Tech Stack
Backend: NestJS, Node.js, Express, TypeScript
Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS
Database: PostgreSQL, Prisma, MySQL
Tools: Docker, Git, REST APIs
If you're looking for someone who can build a product that is not only functional but also prepared for growth, I'd love to hear about your project.

What type of profile do I need to hire?
Hi,
TLDR:
I need to hire / contract a developer, and am looking for support to assess what type of profile / experience do I need to look for
My background:
Engineer, worked in consultancy for a number of years, then I started working in a pharmaceutical company. Not as a technician, but rather in a managerial position.
I have zero experience in software development (except for some basic Turbo Pascal course back then at uni, and an R course during my MBA), but I'm very structured in my thinking process, and the sheer amount of work I did as a consultant with large Excel models has given me a solid, basic understanding.
Current situation:
The expertise I've gained in the last couple of years in pharma has led me to think there's a gap I can address, by developing a particular software. This shall be an enterprise, B2B software, sold as a SaaS, and for which only a web app (hosted probably in Azure) makes sense, at least at the beginning.
I have the business expertise and know what the software must be able to do, and how.
I am of course starting to develop it on the side (I still have my job) with the help of AI - right now I'm creating the main architecture, using a modular backend in PostgreSQL, and am creating the first vertical slice to test the core of the system works (it does).
My intention is to bring the software to a decent pre-MVP status, and then hire someone with the right expertise to bring it to MVP, and who helps me install and customize whatever needed, once I get the first customers.
The timeline:
I plan to work on this side-project on my own until Sep-Oct, and then get some expert support.
I would set up a company and start the sales process by Q4 and I want to have the MVP by latest February.
The question:
Since I have not direct experience with software development, I don't know what type of profile do I need, nor where to look for such people.
I believe I need some senior profile, because the person needs to handle both backend and frontend improvements, testing the software, ensuring hosting in Azure is done properly with data security, and of course do the first couple of implementations (once I get the first customers) by him or herself. Of course, once proven the software is successful, we could grow the team.
Having the person physically in the city I live in (in Spain) would be preferable, to be able to work side-by-side in this critical launch phase.
- Any idea of the type of expertise I need to hire and where could I find it?
- Also, how much time in advance should I start searching? And what would be a normal salary expectation from a Spanish developer under these conditions?
Any pointers or support appreciated.

[For Hire] Full-Stack / AI Automation Developer open to remote work
Hey everyone! I’m a full-stack developer based in Argentina, currently open to remote roles, freelance projects, and collaborations.
My main focus is building practical AI-powered systems and business automations, combining full-stack development with tools such as Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, APIs, n8n, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
I’ve worked on products involving marketplaces, content platforms, internal tools, workflow automation, AI integrations, and production deployments. I’m especially interested in projects where AI is used to solve real operational problems rather than added as a gimmick.
You can see my work and projects here:
