Updated the look of the filters on the Schedule, Series, and Event screens to be cleaner, easier to use, and take up less space.

- Filters now open as inline dropdowns instead of a separate drawer popup. Click anywhere off the dropdowns to close them.

- All sessions filter to go along with the all series filter we introduced last update. This ignores whatever series specific session filters you have and shows you everything.

- Search finds past races from this season and handles accented names. Made it so you can search a region/country and it'll show all the tracks & events there. I have some ideas how to refine this further in the future.

• All Series filter. See everything racing today, not just the series you follow. Open the Schedule tab and switch the series filter to All. The request to add this came directly from you, keep them coming!
• Add to Calendar and Remove from Calendar. Drop a whole race weekend into your personal calendar in one tap, and pull it back out just as easily. Also requested by multiple users.
• Better share cards. Sharing an event or series now produces a cleaner caption and a QR code that sends whoever you send it to straight to the right app store for their phone.

How to use the calendar export

On any event detail page, tap the calendar icon in the header, next to Share. Accept calendar permissions and select which calendar you want it to link to. This can be updated in settings later. Full calendar access is necessary to write multiple sessions at once and remove duplicates/events from your calendar. We're not viewing/touching/storing anything else on your calendar.

It only adds the sessions matching your current Sessions filter. So if you only want the races and not every practice, set that filter first, then export.

Already added it? The popup changes. Instead of exporting again blindly, it offers Re-export (which overwrites the old entries, so you never get duplicates) or Remove from Calendar (which pulls the whole weekend back out).

It's good practice to re-export events as close to the event occurring as possible. the calendar isn't automatically syncing with the app, the export is a snapshot in time of how the sessions we're scheduled in the app when you exported, they change often leading up to events. A series often publishes 3 or 4 versions of a timetable as session times get refined, FullGrid updates these automatically, your personal calendar does not. So, if you want the most accurate times, don't forget to re-export. I tried to make it as easy as possible to do.

Good to know (a couple of quirks)

Google Calendar on Android can lag about a minute. If you use the Google Calendar app, an added weekend may take up to a minute to appear, and a removed one may linger briefly before it clears. That's because Google Calendar shows Google's server state, not your phone's local calendar, so it waits for a sync round trip. Samsung Calendar and iOS show the change instantly. Nothing is broken and nothing is lost. It catches up on its own.

Sessions marked TBD can't be added to the calendar yet. If a round's timetable isn't fully published, the app won't export it, since you'd just get placeholder times. You'll see a short explainer. Once the official timetable is out (usually a week or two before the round), the event becomes exportable.

The Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS), formerly known as the VLN, is a grassroots-to-professional endurance racing championship held entirely on the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany. Across a season of races typically lasting four to six hours each, it brings together an enormous and diverse grid, from factory-backed GT3 machines to privateer touring cars and small production-based classes, all tackling the notoriously difficult combined Nordschleife and grand prix circuit. Widely regarded as the ultimate proving ground for cars and drivers, NLS serves as essential preparation for the famous Nürburgring 24 Hours and a breeding ground for endurance racing talent.

The USF Pro Championships form the official "Road to Indy" ladder, with USF2000 as the entry-level spec series (Tatuus USF-17, ~175 hp Mazda power) where young drivers make their first jump from karting into national racing, and USF Pro 2000 as the faster next step up (turbocharged Tatuus PM-18, ~275 hp) that bridges toward Indy NXT. Both are level-playing-field spec series that run mostly as support categories on IndyCar weekends, use season long points formats, and award scholarships to champions to fund their climb toward IndyCar.

The FIA European Rallycross Championship (Euro RX) is the continental pinnacle of rallycross, where drivers battle door-to-door on short mixed-surface circuits combining tarmac and dirt, blending the aggression of circuit racing with the car control of rallying. The Supercars Endurance Series (also called Iberian Supercars, formerly the GT4 South European Series) is a GT4 and touring car endurance championship run by Portuguese promoter Race Ready across iconic circuits in Portugal and Spain, featuring 50-minute races with a mandatory pit stop and one or two drivers per car. I’m located in Central time Texas. The time for WEC is showing for 4:30am // 6:30am local. HBO says 9:30am while FIA WEC+ shows 8:45am.

What does the timing on the app indicate? Actual day start at WEC? Should it not display start time of race start instead?

The CARS Tour is a premier American short-track stock car series racing across the Southeast, featuring multiple divisions including Late Model Stock Cars and Pro Late Models on the region's historic bullrings. The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an annual celebration of motorsport and car culture held on the grounds of Goodwood House in West Sussex, England, where everything from vintage grand prix cars and F1 machines to modern hypercars and motorcycles tackle the famous 1.16-mile hillclimb. Part competition, part moving museum, it draws the biggest names in racing and the rarest machinery on earth, making it one of the few places fans can see a century of motorsport history run in anger up the same driveway.

For those who don't know, the UIM F1H2O World Championship is the pinnacle of inshore powerboat racing, pitting up to 20 of the world's best drivers against each other in lightweight tunnel-hull catamarans that hit speeds over 240 km/h. Established in 1985, it runs a global calendar of Grand Prix events held on tight, twisting water circuits where races are won through a mix of raw speed, precise boat control, and split-second cornering.
