me and my friends are currently hs seniors and just always have a hard time finding things to do. we are sosososo tired of constantly going to stonebriar, target, legacy west, etc etc etc etc so if u guys have any recommendations on where to go/what to do that would be greatly appreciated. tyyy in advance!

To the ignorant woman driving down Stonebrook that remembered at the last second she needed to turn LEFT from the right lane onto Plum Creek, you’re a big C word for risking my safety as if you couldn’t make a u-turn or turn onto Canyon Ranch right up the road.

Thankfully, one of us was paying attention because if I was a typical driver focused on my phone instead of the road, kinda like you, I could’ve taken out the rear drivers side of your car. Then the audacity to give me the finger as if I’m wrong for being a top tier member of the defensive driving community.

they’re an org that picks up clothes from your doorstep and donates it to charities for you, seems p legit and has evidence on their insta as well as legit partners

the form was easy to fill out, not a whole lot of scheduling availability (only one time slot per day) but it’s a pretty convenient time slot so it works

they came 5 mins early, very professional and convenient

overall review: 8/10
good service, legit and convenient
maybe more availability

hello, I’m looking for any local resources that can help me find a foster for my 1 year old pit / lab/ heeler mix. I’ve had to abruptly leave my marriage with my 8 year old, and 2 dogs including the puppy. We are in an apartment and it’s been about a month, and I don’t believe this will be sustainable with the puppy through December when I can move into a house. He is currently in doggy daycare during the day but that is $$$$ , not to mention I only originally was to bring the 1 dog and this apartment does not allow 2 pets🥴 I’ve exhausted all options with family and friends so am looking for a reputable foster I can keep in touch with regularly and whom will let me meet up when it works out!! I’ve reached out to the love pit, and pooch savers in plano, but figured I’d get advice here. I’d prefer to go through a platform or organization but would be happy to work directly with you or someone you know who fosters if they are affiliated with an org. Thank you! Any recommendations for getting help to file for disability? I've looked at a couple of options, but I'm not sure about them.

I live in a neighborhood where one family has no discipline when it comes to managing their dogs. At least 20 homes are within earshot of these 2 dogs that are sometimes left out or alone to bark for 2-3 hours.

I haven't yet contacted animal control or non-emergency because I assume that people closer to me are doing that. Apparently not.

Any ideas or thoughts on how to address the situation?

Does anyone around here know how to fix ebikes? I need to fix my ebike because the brakes are completley out but I don't have money to pay for the ebike repair. If anyone has any knowledge/expertise with fixing ebikes, I would truly appreciate it if you could take a look at my ebike and fix the brakes ASAP as it is not safe to ride this around with the brakes barely working. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the city's emergency response system.

Last night around 11 PM, I noticed water welling up from the storm drain next to the lawn in front of my house and overflowing onto the street. I kept scooping the water out and called the Frisco emergency line. I left my phone number and waited, but nobody contacted me back.

Following the instructions left on the Frisco city voicemail, I called 972-335-5505, but the recording stated that this number is disconnected or no longer in service. Why does the city instruct residents to call a non-working number during an emergency? What is the purpose of having an emergency line if it fails like this?

While this is not a life-threatening situation, it is a severe household crisis. Whenever I turn on the main water valve, water gushes out into the street. As a result, I had to shut off the main valve completely. Now, I have absolutely no water running inside my house. I cannot use the restroom, wash, or even cook a meal. I tried contacting private plumbers, but none of them are available because it is the weekend.

This is completely unacceptable. I need the city to send a technician to my address immediately to inspect and resolve this issue. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Update: The city came this morning and checked it. They said the meter valve was broken, causing the leak, so they replaced it. I also left an inquiry with the city to let them know the phone number they provided was incorrect. Thanks to everyone for your advice
