I thought I would introduce myself, have always enjoyed pen pals hoping I can find one or two from this. Male, married , grown kids, close to wrapping up a decent career, and looking to move south. I seek out activities that can help me relax and not worry. Golf, walking, puttering around the yard type of stuff, "YOGA", art. Lonely in some ways as friendships fade, resistent to technology, working on my bucket list.

It comes around every year. (50m) And every year I play it down, it's not a big deal. But my kids insist on doing something for me. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the thought. My birthday simply makes me physically ill. Has for decades. No, it's not today.

Force a smile, laugh and push through.
