Like most crazy people, I have a very unhealthy habit of wanting to have a FULL collection of ALL Four Souls cards. It's not a complete collection unless I have every card that is avaible is my definition, and silently screaming everytime when a new promo is announced knowing that I have to get it.

I have pain-stakingly been trying my best over the years to do just that, constantly checking again and again what new official rare/ promo cards were made and buying them as soon as I could. Yet... I always feel psyched out that I am missing some somehow...

This is everything I got so far. Yes that is a real unplayable (due to the back printing being misprinted; as all versions of this particular card are) PAX Bloat card I bought back in the day. The Ridiculon and Drum cards aren't custom OC printed cards, I got them from a seller on Ebay that told me their story of how they got it; so these are offical cards that - if I remember correctly - the ​Maestro Media staff got. Yes that is a real Level One Isaac star promo card I bought from the Haapy Mew Year where they were selling a lot of promos and other rare stuff for high paying tiers; and it's how I got the all holo FS+ expansion deck, too.

I was wanting to write this post because there was a Google Sheets thing that listed every card avaible, even promos that were unveiled but not released yet. But that sheet hasn't been updated in a long while despite 4 new promos that came out since it was last updated. So I was wanting to write this post to make sure I am not truely driving myself mad and that I am still on track with all of the promos that have come out before, and especially what's about to come and that I am able to get them.

- I know there are 2 different versions of the corrupted data and Ultra Pride cards that have their promo star symbols colored in more white, and are flipped upside-down; and for the corrupted data card it has slightly different text. I recently learned about these cards existing, I saw some listings, and I am still hunting those.

- T H E white whale I know EVERYONE wants and chases after being the Full Art Henry. That... it's still an ever distant pipe dream. $6,000 for a card on Ebay... and I feel I would be that stupid to pay for it [Insert Timmy's Dad from Fairly Odd Parents "If I had one..." meme here] .

- There is the Death and Azazal Youtooz promo cards that have yet to come out. I secured my purchase with those as soon as they were announced.

- Same thing with the Monstro Media April Fools day month Monstro card. I bought the reprint tarot cards day one (April 1st) to make this Monstro card be a gift with purchase basically. Though... I am worried about how that's going as there's been no news or telling as to how the tarot cards are going and if and when they get shipped.

- And lastly as far as I know: the most recent new promo being the PAX Duke of Flies (I have seen absolutely N O listings of it ever since PAX came and went). Though... I DEFINITELY need to learn from my mistakes and hold out until the card is more readily availably printed, just like what happened with the PAX Rag Man card. Where... I spent over $100 bucks for my PAX Rag Man because I didn't know they were gonna be doing a mass promo gift with purchase run with that PAX Rag Man card and... impulse purchases be impulsive at the time .-.

And that's all I've seen and heard off of the top of my head. Was there any more shown off and announced, or am I over-worrying as hell and am completely Gucci with everything I have so far and to come?

I tried studying how to play the game and I still don't really get it.

The manual is so confusing and I have a feeling if I look games online everybody plays it differently. Does somebody know a good boardgame channel that has some games ?

Some basic questions :

1. Do you every time when priority passes ask if somebody wants to play a card, seems wildly inconvenient

2. On your own turn you can play as many loot cards as possible right ? So why do you have the ability to play an extra loot card ?

3. When somebody plays a card or does a die roll, even in combat anybody can pick in and counter with a loot card/active item ? Correct ? But only one unless they use their hero power ?

I made a unlimited money, treasure, health and damage farm with the power of battery bum.

The room cost one loot card to play and says that when you roll a 6, you get one treasure and a loot +2 coins for dark arts, on 4-5 you get 7 coins, 3+ extra on a 5 for greed eye. I’m able to push it up by 2-3 with lucky foot and spoon, and recharge it all with battery bum with the money. And recharge the d100 for more loot cards and health and damage.

My dad just gave up, but it was a fun combo. We just got the game some days ago. We’ve played it every day since.

(Also I ended with getting bum-bo, and if I’m not wrong, your aren’t able to get money after you get him)

Do i only have the ability to fight this

Or if i fight something else do i not have to.

If my brother uses 2 of clubs to draw double. Does this count for the rewards of killing an enemy.
Or is that not drawing

Can i use both before its deactivated?

I want to make my own card character for me to play my oc in the tabletop, but this character is heavily complicated, and I'm struggle to fit their ability in the game while keeping it thematic to their character and lore and also balanced.

If any sees this pls help in balancing because I also struggle to officially word it.

I'm new to this and I see there are several versions

I managed to buy this board game a few days ago for about $25, but I'm wondering which version it is?

Which version can I add or expand, or can I simply supplement it with the ultimate version?

I have some dlcs.

How can i get the good items? That are kickstarter exclusive.

Is it literally only secondhand?
And where would i find them

Because getting 9 health every turn is overpowered.

As the title suggests I’m confused mainly on the soul cards and how it works like earning them via bosses is the only thing I’m confused on because I don’t know if it’s like cards or if it’s just something I gain

When I first got my four souls set I bought a bunch of baseball card and sleeved all the cards(took about 5 hours lol), however it’s made things a bit tricky ever since I’ve done that cause all the cards are quite slippery and hard to handle. Would anyone suggest any different card sleeves to sleeve them with? I wanna play the game more with my friends and it always makes it a hassle!

(Used permanent premium adhesive vinyl, card is a proxy, not a real card!)

i was just in a game where my friend had two sleight of hands due to birthright copying it. A way that he used this was to look at/rearrange two decks at the same time by activating both. I argued that he should only be able to look at one deck at a time since the effect would resolve that way but he was saying he is reacting to the first sleight of hand therefore he can do both at the same time. I can see both sides so I was wondering what the official ruling would be here. Let me know if i need to elaborate on the specifics any further.

Picked up four souls base game not long ago and now I bought requiem, had a blast playing with friends but were still trying to learn the rules and since im running the games it would help knowing how specific mechanics work.

I read through the rulebook and I understand that players can use items on the active players turn but we all assumed that they need to be items in response to actions, so how does sack of pennies work for example? Do you get to recharge it and use it straight away if another player rolled a 1? Because if you're not the active player and you then become the active player you would get to recharge it regardless.

(Side note if anyone can explain the stack like im 5 I would be grateful)

Just got the collectors box and was wondering on the best way to organize it. There is like special things to use as folders within the card holding areas? Should I put the cards in sleeves? I never owned a game this big before.

So my friend got four souls base game four souls+ and requiem and they got the lost with it even know it’s gold box exclusive and nothing else of gold box is this a common thing now?

1. Do items like d4, forget me now, pandora box, etc activate when destroyed by death, glass cannon, chaos card, etc.?

2. Can you use soul hearts or hierophant right before taking damage?

3. Do you reveal the monster deck or roll the die first?

4. If you use blank card multiple times before playing loot, does it copy it only once or how many times you've used it?

5. Can you buy from the shop during combat?

Haven't used my cricut in a bit, but it's still a neat thing to use every once in awhile.

so i looked on the four souls website for the booster pack cards, and i saw the price was £43. and then i checked and saw there was only 70 cards in total. but then i look at four souls+, which comes in a nice box and has 90 cards, for only £19?? i’m not really sure why booster packs cost this much for only 70 cards.
