Other Found a cigarette case, attached with a note and a lighter. No idea what this means.

Found on a bench next to the train station I use when leaving work.
Pack of 8 cigarettes Assuming this is a pack 20, 11 are missing. The 12th seems to be the cigarette butt next to the pack, it also came with a lighter inside. No idea why there is a phone number or what it means.
