Rift to go battle bus extraction is an incredible strategy if you time it right.

Newish player, so sorry for possibly re-stating something that is incredibly obvious.

Just played a solo match, and ended with a Victory Royale. With the current "Bat Summer" stuff going on, I ran into and hired Poison Ivy to be my henchperson. Since there are also skins that look nearly identical, at least 4-5 of my kills were from people engaging with Ivy while I shot them in the back from a comfortable distance. I'm assuming that they thought she was another PC.

Even when it got down to the final two, the other player was engaging her while I circled around and shotgunned him in the back for the VR.

Since this is the first "season" of the game I've ever played, are NPCs a common thing? Seems really OP in the grand scheme of things.

First time getting 100 crown wins in a season (not counting when blitz has crowns cause there is a reason they took them out).

The battle at end game for this one was intense. I had like 6 spectators (not counting my friend).

I decided to take a break from sprite hunting and destroyed the entirety of Frosted Flats with the beach buggy. It’s so fun going straight through buildings with it.

To make it even better, by the time I was finished there were only 5 other players left and the battle bus victory rift had started. When I got to the bus, there were two people dancing on top of it. I went and joined them and eventually there were 5 of us emoting up there. The last person decided they wanted to try and take a few of us out so we all teamed up, killed them and then went back to dancing so all 5 of us won lol it was brilliant

Because the Crash Pad Jr is now a Pocket Item, you won't accidentally trigger it by double-jumping, which is huge and makes it significantly nicer to use now. Not only that, you carry a stack of 2 and the cooldown is only 20 seconds each, compared to Shockwave's 1-stack and 30-second cooldown. I think if you're a super-aggressive player, shocks are still better, because you can break through builds to find rats, but I'm not an aggro type, so the crash pad is great for extra mobility.

1st game, 0:00: I couldn't find any OD 'nades this whole game. If it weren't for the crash pads, I won't be able to use 2 in close succession to get up to The Shape to camp. I guess I had the Rift-to-Go, but I thought of keeping it, just in case.

2nd, 3rd, 4th games, 0:53: Now, it can still be used for offense and pushing enemies, but for defense while running away from enemies, it's probably not a good idea as they can follow you (unless you can turn back fast enough to shoot it out, which I still kinda can't do properly, with only a 33.3% success rate lol).

5th game, 2:50: I'm sorry for the single-kill game, I swear I was extracting sprites the whole game until I was about to get storm sickness. 100% accuracy though -- I think I only shot 2 shotgun shots the whole game lol.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the crash pad is also way more silent than the shockwave, so it's much stealthier to move around and not attract unwanted attention.

Especially after my trio left. And only had time for this one last game this morning.

Only two of us left. The other player put up the friendship bubble at the bus. Ten seconds left, I went to the bus and did a dance emote with hearts flying around. No one on the bus. Other player jumps on and shoots me in the face. Dumb me for thinking this was finally the time where something cute would happen.

I loaded into a game and took my maxed out zero point with the intention of giving it away. I tried and tried to get anyone to stop shooting at me so I could give it to them. I even threw it on the ground a couple times. I eventually got destroyed and the other guy didn’t even come and check my loot… he left it behind. I guess I’ll have to try again later. It won’t be maxed out the next time though.

picked up a golden grim today just near the lighthouse and almost shat myself…
The heart was pounding thinking, how the hell can I extract this thing without getting knocked over,
I crouched all the way to the closest extraction point and with my arse in my throat I pushed the extract button, with 11 players left I thought there was no chance of plucking this thing without a battle.
Love and behold I extracted it without an issue and the relief that came over me was like a young lad sticking his dick in a soft fruit…

WTF have these sprites turned me into?? I’m a grown man ffs.

Me: playing in a trio on the night of 7/19 at roughly 10 pm est, Ben 10 skin with a Dylan and other person (unrelated) on my team.

You, Daenerys, Dylan, and a third skin I forget.

We were at a safe extract where we all were really chill, extracted without issues, then danced in the bubble for way longer than I thought it would last.

Then you helped us get to the Bus Extract and we all won together.

Just wanted to say hi and that it is now my top FN memory.

I put “etiquette” in quotes for lack of a better word (and bc I know we’re playing a battle royale game). However, has it been insanely sweaty lately with teams/players just targeting/following/harassing any of you lately?

I’m not talking about top 10,20, or 30 either. I’m talking like early in the match with people being absolutely relentless with following you (and continuing to do so) no matter what you do or where you go.

I’m all for a good, old-fashioned “let’s press em”, but this feels far beyond that. Makes matches way less fun.

Outside of Chopped Shop there's a bus up on two rocks. There is a chest that spawns inside one of the big rocks every game (for me) and there is no way to get it. Can't pickaxe the rock. It isn't the chest inside the bus. I've busted down the bus multiple times and everything around it, etc. Am I just dumb or is this a bug for everyone?
